The hotel is new and located away from the hotel row on the highway. Ask for a west-facing room as they have a terrific view of the Vermilion Cliffs and Glen Canyon Dam. The service was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and new. The bed was comfortable as was the furniture. The bath was large and new.

Lovely new hotel, large and very comfortable rooms. Included breakfast was very good although hot water for tea was only warm. We have stayed at over 20 hotels during our visit to Western American and it is the only place that charged $20 for checking in at 2:30. Hyatt policy apparently.

This is the newest AND nicest hotel in Page. Rooms are modern and clean. And there's plenty of parking. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and we had a great stay. Bonus: They offer complimentary breakfast and its really good.

This was our first stay at a Hyatt Place and we were pleasantly surprised with our stay. It was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The lobby had ample seating to enjoy some time in the evenings. They offer a dinner menu but we did not dine with them. However there were a lot of people who were eating there. They have a nice fire-pit set up outside. There were two sections that were super cozy to relax in with televisions in the lobby area. Unfortunately the tv's were not working in that area which was disappointing. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was perfect. The location of this property is in close proximity to Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. The front desk was very helpful.

Our family had a nice comfortable stay here. From the start, the staff at check-in were genuinely friendly and helpful. We were impressed with the modern room and comfortable beds. Compared to other Hyatt Places, the restaurant has a full menu with lots of choices and a superior breakfast. We were happy to be able to stay in instead of seeking outside food. The included breakfast was better than most with real scrambled eggs instead of the rubbery fake eggs most other hotels use in their complimentary buffet. We also made use of the car chargers available here, which were easy to use and topped the car up at nominal cost.
