"Average hotel with little flexibility"

This is an average hotel in LA. Rooms are nice and amenities are OK. The pool is a little small. The gym is quite small and s not practical with a handful of people training. The food is not great and the continental breakfast is continental only by name as the pastry like croissants are coated in refined sugar. Unlike most hotels, there is no flexibility in the breakfast and you have very little choice. You cannot even chose toast or different coffees. We had to pay $26 for 2 double espressos, as being Europeans (or Continental) we drink espressos for breakfast! Bar menu is mostly junk food. We also had to ask every day (3 days) for additional toilet rolls. For similar prices, one can get a much better standard and flexibility in other hotels.

I had a wonderful stay at his Hotel. I was in town to visit family. The room was very nice. very comfortable bed, great view, The lavazza coffee maker was the best. All the staff was so friendly and accommodating, The front desk people were so helpful and answered all my questions. All the valet staff were super quick and knowledgeable. My room was attended to daily and everything replenished as needed. They all remembered and called me by my first or last name . I will definitely be back to stay there again. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. Great job.

"A perfect hotel for this business traveler"

My stay here was excellent. Great location near the Burbank Airport, clean and spacious room. But the service really stood out. From check-in to the restaurant to accommodating a last minute Zoom meeting. I will definitely be back. A big thanks to everyone there!

"Outstanding Service at the FYC Restaurant."

We met friends at the hotel restaurant (FYC). It was a great afternoon on the quiet patio. The food quality was excellent and the menu selections were ideal for a leisurely Sunday afternoon. The princes are what you would expect for a boutique hotel. Most of the appetizers and mixed drinks were in the $15 range. I was very impressed that they did not charge for visitor parking. Our server, Johny, was outstanding. He was very personable and went out of his way to move chairs and patio umbrellas so everyone was comfortable.

"The California fires made it difficult to enjoy my experience in Burbank and at this hotel."
TripAdvisor user rating 3.0 out of 5

When we landed in LA, I thought something was a little strange when the skies were not as sunny. They were a little hazy and I didn’t know why. Once we got into our vehicle and got to the hotel, we learned that there were fires that were happening in the Palisades. When I looked out my window of the hotel, I could see the smoke filled air. I could tell that this event was impacting the hotel, because they were pretty busy. We were there for business and pleasure so we decided to stay overnight. However, our business event was eventually canceled because of the fires. The hotel itself is nice and clean. My room was nice and clean. One complaint was that my toilet kept running unless I jiggled the handle. The bed and pillows were very cozy. There was a robe in the closet, and there were other amenities, such as a refrigerator, a Keurig, a walk-in shower and a fitness room and pool. The continental breakfast consisted of bagels, yogurt, granola, fruit, and coffee. There were no real hot foods. I didn’t get to really enjoy the area because we left the very next day trying to escape the fires. Would I stay at this hotel again if we were to go back? Probably not. it was $300 a night, but they offered a triple AAA discount which brought it into reason, but there is still a $40 resort fee that you have to pay daily. So be prepared for that.
