Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed. ADA-defined service animals are welcome.

Parking: Self-parking is currently $28 per night plus tax. Beginning January 1, 2025, parking fee is $30 plus tax per night. Unfortunately, due to space, additional vehicles cannot be accommodated. A parking permit will be issued at check-in. You may leave your vehicle in the parking lot until 12:00pm on your departure day. You should move your vehicle to a Disney parking location if you will be visiting Disneyland past 12:00pm on your check-out date. RV and oversized vehicles that cannot fit in one parking space are not permitted. Parking is for hotel guests only.

The location of the hotel is great, easily walkable to Disneyland. The rooms were clean and up to date. However, I had booked a suite for my family and when I arrived, I was given two queen rooms instead of the suite. They cited plumbing issues in the suites, however I did not see anyone at the hotel working on any plumbing issues. Additionally, they didn't offer me any compensation for the downgrade in rooms.

We have been to Desert Palms almost every year for the last 10 years. I travel for business and will come to Anaheim frequently to go to the convention center. I always try different hotels near there to see if there is anything better for my family. There never is. We love staying at Desert Palms. Friendly, clean, close to disney, and so many different room selections to choose from. We love the option with a kitchen! But have also stayed in rooms with bunk beds or even the room with 2 bathrooms and 4 beds. Just a great place to stay, and you can't beat the cost!

The Desert Palms is clean and perfectly situated for any stay in Anaheim. The staff are friendly and the rooms quiet and 100% functional. Lauren at the front desk is such a pleasure - the whole staff from cleaning to food are just pleasant and helpful. Well run place and I hope to stay again.

Nobody cleaned our room on our two nights stay. I received a parking ticket that left nasty residue on my clean window that was just washed when I paid for parking. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my enemy noting was good about this hotel not even the breakfast buffet.

Great stay and perfect location for our visit to Disney. It is about a 10 min walk to the park. Room was clean, with lots of room. We stayed in the one bedroom suite. Was perfect for our family of 5. It was better than expected. Will definitely stay again!
