"Very disappointed with housekeeping services."

I was very disappointed with the housekeeping for 2 reasons. First, our room never got cleaned - trash removed, bed changed, clean towels. We checked in on Thursday and left on Monday. We saw housekeeping in the hallways but they never entered the room. Second, we called the hotel after we left to inform housekeeping that we may have left some items and NEVER got a call back. What happened to our items??

"Super Fun Destination Wedding in Lake George"

We stayed at the hotel for a destination wedding. The wedding was beautiful! We loved the little outside area with the firepit! We loved the hotel lobby! It was big and comfy and made it even more fun because we all got to hang out together before and after the wedding! The room and bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast was perfect! We would definitely stay there again.

"A Hotel That Doesn’t Break The Bank"

We booked a large block of rooms for a fall wedding at this property. The staff was responsive and helpful to meet our guests needs. The rooms are large and the suites were very spacious. The beds were comfortable and a full breakfast was included in the rate at the hotel. Our guests were comfortable and when a family member was not able to get into the block initially, Meaghan was very helpful in getting them added to the block. The hotel is right off the highway and the Ambrosia Diner is on their property and The Silo Restaurant is across the street. The hotel is 20 minutes from Saratoga and 15 minutes from Lake George. We would highly recommend this hotel. Our thanks to Home2Suites!

"First Class Hotel!"

This was our fourth stay at this hotel. We keep returning due to the cleanliness of the rooms and the common area - all are spotless. The complimentary breakfast has abundant variety and the quality is outstanding. The staff are very friendly and helpful. As long time Hilton rewards members we are so pleased with our visits and emphatically recommend this property. For the quality you receive the price is very reasonable.

"Wedding"

Everything was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a decent hotel buffet. Coffee was not great but OK. Staff was very nice, I only gave 4 stars because our room did not get cleaned after our first night. We had to go to the desk for towels.
