Michael at the front desk was super nice and helpful. I love the adorable courtyard and my room was cute, bright and clean. Only drawback is the neighborhood was run down and didn't have much to offer, though there was a friendly little cafe nearby.

We went while visiting Halloween Horror Nights. The staff was amazing especially Pil! He really set a high standard and example for what exceeding expectations is. He was very helpful in getting out room and explained everything fully. Our room was clean and quiet and perfect for our stay. Thanks again Pil!

Had a wonderful time at Hollywood Hotel, but it might depend on what you are looking for. I wanted a place located well in Hollywood that was close to both Dodgers stadium and Disneyland. The Front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful. My room with 2 queen beds was fine, a little balcony was a plus. The pool was nice and a good relaxed vibe. The neighborhood itself is a little run down, and the hotel may not offer too many services. For me and my trip it was great!

The hotel is very cute, has gorgeous views, lots of patio areas to sip coffee, pool area is serene. Close to a lot of attractions, staff is very friendly. I have to mention one in particular, MICHAEL! He is friendly , very knowledgeable of the area and super helpful if you’re not sure where to go or what to do for the day. Most importantly to me was that I had an issue with my room, and Michael was super understanding and wanted me comfortable so he put me in another room . I’m happy he addressed my concern and fix it immediately. For me, the downfall was the rooms do not have bathtubs and there is no Jacuzzi by the pool so if you need to soak your feet or relax your back, you cannot do that here.. maybe they have bathtubs in the suites, but I had a regular room with two queen beds. Overall it’s a good place and great staff.

The Hotel is clean and quite. Beautiful, big room with 2 queen beds. Staff was polite and respectful. Flaws: Parking was NOT included and we had to pay for the gated parking $42 per night because even if we didn't want to, there was no parking available around the hotel. The room was big, but it was suppose to sleep 5 and only had 2 queen beds. That won't sleep 5. Luckily I am always prepared and I brought an air mattress for my son. I thought it might have a small sofa or something for that fifth person. Then, in any other hotel I have been in including Hilton and Marriott, you just have to ask if you need extra sheets or blanket: well this one had some in a bag and it says on the bag if you open it and use it there is a $29.99 charge... That's crazy. I'm not taking it, it'll get washed with the other ones so why are they charging $30 to use. Besides that, the hotel itself and staff were great.
