I’m really torn on this hotel and finding writing a review of it quite difficult. Firstly all of the staff were really kind and helpful at all times of the day or night, I can’t fault any of them. The room is where I’m struggling to review. The room itself was spacious and clean and we found the bed comfortable. We had a shared balcony which we didn’t use because I didn’t like that it was shared and felt a bit uncomfortable. We had a view into the courtyard which was lovely and we did have the door open a couple of times and could hear lovely music through it. The room looks great when you first see it but it is tired and needs some repainting and the ceiling above the bed was peeling. The bathroom was not nice. It was nothing like the images of the white tiles, shiny shower and updated decor. Our bathroom smelt of damp, had mouldy and peeling wallpaper, the toilet had moved from its position on the floor and the shower was bad. The shower was also very low down and at my height of 5”11, I had to bend down to wash my hair, even with the shower head adjusted. The bath tap was hanging out of the wall and wasn’t attached to the wall. If the bathroom had matched the lobby, pool and bedroom this hotel would be so so much better. I wouldn’t stay here again because the bathroom seems like a real gamble and I felt the room was very over priced considering the bathroom.

Amazing staff, Plis was super friendly and helpful. It’s in a very discreet location! The automatic doors don’t open unless the door has to be rang, made me feel extra safe, the rooms are immaculately clean as well, there’s a small shelf of books in the waiting room, first time I’ve something like that, will return later this month. :)

Standard 3*. Floors in the rooms were grubby we got dirty socks from walking around. Bathroom had scuffs and dents and could do with updating, definitely the shower! Wouldn’t go hot. Location wasn’t the best but that’s not the hotels fault, min 20 minute walk to get anywhere decent. We checked in at midnight and the staff member on reception was very helpful and greeted us with kindness. When checking out, the same. The staff asked if we needed a taxi booked. Overall could do with updating but good for your money.
