We arrived at 8am, check-in wasn’t until 3pm but we were found a fabulous room straight away on the ground floor - super spacious and very elegant. Staff on front desk were very helpful and friendly. Situated close to the sights of Hollywood (it’s so spread out that you have to Uber everywhere really) We had a 5am check out so we didn’t get to eat in the hotel but there was a little convenience shop inside and a couple of vending machines. The courtyard was beautiful it was a shame we weren’t staying more than one night. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a cool older hotel with improvements- great location, clean, pool area is beautiful! Staff may be a bit minimal but they are exceptional- cleaning staff, the gift shop owner, and especially Michael at the front desk- Michael had tips and jokes for us every day and made our stay so fun. ✨

I had one of the best experiences with Yajaira. She was extremely accommodating, personable, approachable, polite, gracious, friendly, sweet, and kind. These are adjectives that I don’t typically use to describe what I was expecting. Needless to say, my first experience with Yajaira exceeded my expectations. We exchanged engaging conversations. It was a pleasant surprise to learn that she is an even more wholesome person with great perspectives and insights. Focusing on the booking, she reassured of concerns that I may have and what my expectations are as far amenities. She delivered expeditiously. If anyone is looking for a competent, kind, and compassionate person, please look into her experience of this venue.

Excellent experience for our football team banquet! The venue is beautiful, the details were meticulously considered and executed, and the entire staff was incredibly helpful! They provided us early access to use refrigerators, setup and prepare. I cannot imagine a better venue. Thank you for helping us make this event memorable and special! Had a really great stay at the Hollywood Hotel, it super relaxing with a nice central courtyard and pool area. It was very good value for money and the location was perfect for proximity to both east LA and Hollywood. Also a big shout out to Michael on reception who was so friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.
