"Great holiday experience"

Our extended family (10 adults and 8 children) had a wonderful time at this Holiday Inn. The rooms are spacious, very, very clean and everyone was so friendly. Patty at the front desk was very helpful and Harrison in TR's restaurant was tops. We ate breakfast there 2 mornings and had one dinner with our crowd. Service was friendly, and Harrison was excellent in making sure everything was great. Our grandchildren loved the indoor pool and game room! We will definitely be back again!

July 2024 and October 2024 stays were awesome in addition to our Memorial day stay. This time I was able to spend Saturday and Sunday mornings with the complementary coffee sitting out in the adirondack chair enjoying the views of Lake George. The landscaping company keeps the exterior grounds looking amazing and welcoming. There was a wait staff person at TR's for dinner that had our family laughing like crazy during one of the summer evenings in July we just can't remember her name! Everyone makes you feel at home at this hotel. Love it! We just booked 3 more stays for 2025. See you soon!.

"Great place to stay in Lake George"

First time staying here and we loved it and will go again. The hotel was close to our Lake George Christmas lights attractions. Also, the hotel had a indoor pool, game room, fitness room and child play area which we go to us except the gym :-). All hotel staff that we came in contact were very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and the accommodations were nice and clean, Will stay there again and would recommend to friends.

"By far my favorite hotel in Lake George"

I have stayed at almost every hotel up and down the Lake George strip right into Queenbury ..... and I have to admit, this was my favorite. The front desk clerk was amazing and called me by name every time she saw me, room was very comfortable and clean, right down to the Dove products in the bathroom (instead of those perfumed soaps you usually get). It was an easy 10 minute walk into the heart of Lake George so no need to use your car. Loved the outdoor hot tub and the huge Gaz firepit outside. My only negative is they offer a "smores fire pit" so we asked them to light it. They used the fabricated slow burning imitation logs which give off highly toxic smoke. So we couldn't actually cook smores on it due to the toxicity. We asked for real wood and they only offered us one fabricated log, so it doesn't even look like a real fire. But it wouldn't detour me from staying there again.

This is a very nice and friendly hotel, with a pool and lots of other things to do. The rooms are large and very nice also. We had a great breakfast at the restaurant. Conveniently located on a main street within walking distance of the lake and restaurants and shops.
