"Room smelled marihuana very badly"

I don't not recommend this hotel for anyone I am a big man that's why i paid for king size room. When i moved in it smelled marihuana very badly so you couldn't stay there any minute. I came back to reception to switch the room and they couldn't help me finding the same size room . The only they were able to find was 2queen size room for my family 4 people which was very uncomfortable and tight. So i was very disappointed at the end . So think twice before you book this "no smoking hotel"

We are very loyal Holiday Inn customers when going to Lake George. The customer service provided by everyone, especially Becca at the front desk, makes us feel like more than just guests. Accommodations are always clean and we love the food and friendliness of locals in their bar, TR’s.

"16 Years and Running!"

We’ve been coming to the Holiday Inn Resort Lake George for 16 years in a row—both for our anniversary and Super Bowl weekend—and it just keeps getting better. We’ve known Courtney since her days on the night desk, and now that she’s the General Manager, the place has only improved. Usually, we’re welcomed by Tonya at the desk, who always greets us with warmth and makes us feel like we’re coming home. Nicole and Tyler at the bar are fantastic—one of the main reasons we look forward to every visit. The housekeeping and maintenance teams also deserve huge credit for always keeping everything spotless and running smoothly. We’ve seen a lot of the same faces year after year, which shows that the owners must be doing something right to keep such an amazing staff around. This resort is truly our home away from home, and we’ll keep coming back because the entire team makes each stay unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place that treats you like family, look no further!

Becca is amazing. We all love her when we come here for drill weekends. It’s a very cozy and comfy place to be. Becca is always fast at checking us in and is always great at helping us. And telling us the great places and things to do well we are in lake George. She always gives us good advice if needed

"Amazing stay for families"

My children absolutely loved everything about this place! The outdoor pool was heated and still open in early October. The outdoor hot tub was open as well and so fun on chilly mornings and evenings! The indoor pool was also a hit. Outdoor activities were great - mini golf, playground, giant chess, corn hole, fire pits, private porch spaces for each room - all of it was wonderful. (We did learn that you need to grab a towel from the inside pool before swimming outside!) Everything was clean and fresh. The breakfast was fantastic. The buffet had more than a usual breakfast buffet. I think it cost $15 a person with kids eating free, but one option for IHG credit card holder bonuses was free breakfast daily, which was great! The staff at the restaurant were knowledgeable about allergens. My kids are already begging to go back! It was definitely worth the trip.
