The room was a bit older, but very clean and nice. We had a suite, hoping for utensils, but there really wasn't anything. No stove so be aware of that, but there is a coffee pot, toaster and microwave. However, what made this stay the BEST EVER was the people. The front desk check in was quick and easy and the nicest person, especially as she was working Christmas day. Check out was super easy, and even after we'd forgotten something in the room, they were extremely nice and helpful and we would recommend this hotel and it's employees to EVERYONE!!

This hotel is not clean at all. I asked twice about there being BED BUGS in our bed. We were all waking up with bites every morning! The 2nd time I went to the front desk about it they fianlly "checked" one bed not the other and offer to change the sheets. They told me it was "probably a chigger just causing some problems in the bed" 🙄 Guess what?! 6 weeks later we found a bed bug in our house!!! I know it came from that hotel, even though I washed everything before I brought our stuff into the house. Everything! That's how sure I was that there were bugs in this hotel. The staff did NOT take it seriously. We have spend $1000 on treating our house. We will not be back and I have advised anyone I know going to Branson not to stay here! We travel several times a year and we have never ever had this happen before!

Room was clean but the carpet had multiple stains. Steam cleaning the carpet regularly would be a huge improvement. Bathroom was tiny with little counter space and shower head is low, so anyone taller than 5’8” will find showering difficult. The employees we encountered were pleasant.

Every place we have stayed through this timeshare has been absolutely wonderful until we stayed at The Holiday Inn express Green Mountain Rd. Filthy. Asked for TP They brought one tiny roll and seemed put out. Not enough hot water for the jacuzzi in the room, asked for a cork screw said would look no response, not enough towels and breakfast was just very so-so from what we have had. Coffee stations awful annd dirty, trash cans overflowing . Morning crew seemed to try to get on top of it. Other locations have been above and beyond. Wish we hadn’t booked three nights here. Wasted our points . Boo.

I checked in late and when we got to our room there were boogers by the toilet. We were exhausted and decided to report in in the morning. When I woke up I realized there was snot and boogers all over a wall and shower curtain! It was so gross. I could tell it had been there a while. I took some pictures and went to report it. The girl at the front assured me it would be taken care of. We spent the entire day at Silver Dollar City only to come back to maid service being g done but boogers still on the wall! So I went back down. I was offered a new room but really just wanted it clean. The amazing night receptionist cleaned it well and changed the shower curtain. I showered and the tub didn't drain well, that just made me feel gross. I also left some stuff and the staff was great when I called to tell them I'd be back through. I just can't get over the boogers.
