"Wonderful Stay."

What a great place. Very convenient to where I was picking up a car after repairs. But what a nice hotel. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Room was nice size. Great bed and bedding. I loved all the pillows in different levels of firmness. Great nights sleep and best if all it was quiet in there. First rate bathroom and shower. Plenty of towels and provided toiletries. The next morning a wonder breakfast provided in the lobby. Both hot and cold choices. Wonderful place to stay. Lots of parking shops and restaurants nearby. Area seemed to have light traffic patterns. I am going to return here soon I hope. Thank you for a fine stay!

"Worse Holiday in express in the area. Stay away"

Very bad housekeeping. Upon arrival noticed hair on the sheets. Alot of stains on the carpet and walls but it got worse. After 5 nights kf stay asked them to clean the room and change the sheets in both of our rooms. Came back late at night to one room that was not touched and the other only same old sheets was made. She didnt even clean the bathroom, didnt empty the trash!! I stay in hotels in this area alot and never seen such dirty rooms and poor housekeeping.

"Unexpected and Quiet Stay"

Great stay, unexpected overnight stay due to my aircraft that needed maintenance at Spirit of St. Louis Airport. Quiet night, rooms seem to be recently updated and well insulated. Appreciated the breakfast the next morning. Maintenance on my aircraft was delayed and was able to extend my stay for another night without any trouble. I'd stay again.

"Not a usual Holiday Inn"

I should give 1.5 star but I am giving some benefit of doubt because I was there only once. Their breakfast is really looking like they are trying to cut down on costs. A small motel has bigger breakfast if they want to expand the business. I appears that they have no competition here. This was not the only reason to give them low review. I asked for fixing lavatory and they handed me plunger instead, to take care myself. What kind of hotel do that? We did not have time to argue but this kind of service is not expected from "Holiday Inn". Their staff is also not available at front desk and whenever you approach. These are early signs of getting from bad to worse so hopefully their management would take action to save themselves from embarrassing future.

"Clean and safe location in Chesterfield"

The cleanliness, quiet, comfort, and breakfast all receive a 5/5. The front desk availability of the staff gets a 3/5. We checked in Friday night, and there were a lot of hockey players in the lobby eating together. You would think a staff member would be at the front desk, but we waited for a while and finally pushed the button; someone came out from the back with zero apologies to check us in. We returned later that evening and wanted to purchase some refrigerated items. Again, no staff member, we waited, and finally pushed the button. Someone came out from the back again. There is clearly no one watching a camera. The next night we returned again and still no one at the front desk. The morning of checkout, I was walking over to check out (very busy breakfast and lots of people in that area), and the front desk person was wandering away from the desk to the back office area. The room was very clean, the bedding was clean and comfortable, the room was quiet, and everything was operational that I used (did not try the TV or appliances). My room was refreshed after my first night. The breakfast was fully stocked both mornings with many items. The main complaint was that there was never anyone at the front desk.
