"Consistent excellent experience"

The stay was perfect. From the awesome pre arrival communication with Val who assisted us with our room selection to just overall great customer service we had a great time. The room was clean and AC worked great. Thanks again Val who always ensures the customer experience is a priority and Downtown Hilton for a great weekend stay.

"Must visit the lobby bar!"

Came with my family for the NCAA and had an amazing time, first night we came in the bar and met Stevie. She was phenomenal! Her and my wife had the most amazing conversation, she told us all about downtown and the best places to go. Such a great experience that we made sure we returned to the bar at least once a day to share all our experiences with her. We also met Ronnie who was the veteran behind the bar! He was so funny and made some fantastic drinks. I could hang with him everyday of the week. Food was great and the rooms were super clean! Can’t wait to return to tampa and see my new friends!! 5 Stars!!!

Dino in valet parking was awesome. He is such a sweet caring young man and was so helpful in helping me recover a bag I left in the vehicle after it was already parked. He was so kind and sweet. You have a great employee in Dino. Take care of him!!!!

"Valet Park team doing all the “little things” right !!!"

The Valet park team, specifically (Dino) were outstanding. They were polite, hustled and extremely helpful providing local knowledge, i.e. Restaurants, sights etc. Each time I returned to the property Dino acknowledged me by name engaged in polite conversation and made me feel welcomed back. Kudos to the team and to Dino for making my stayt that much more enjoyable.

"Old Hilton"

They’ve tried to update this place but they only went so far. The bathrooms are remodeled but still super tiny. The popcorn ceilings in the room are also super low so making the room feel small. Room was ok, nothing special. This place was fine for one night but I would not have stayed longer. Location is good and within walking distance to everything in downtown Tampa. Oh yeah, and I paid $24 for an Old Fashioned in a plastic cup with was ridiculous! Prices for food and drink in this place are 5 star while the hotel and rooms clearly are not.
