My wife and I had a great time at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Fabrico. He was awesome. While the price of the hotel was high compared to hotels in other cities, the price for Key West was very reasonable. Shuttle to old town was great. When we had an issue with our room AC, they had it fixed before we returned to our room that afternoon. We had a great time at this hotel in Key West.

Great service! The staff was very polite and helpful. We had an issue with the price of the rooms being higher that the quote we got when we reserved. They solved the problem quickly. Beautiful rooms. I enjoyed learning about the history of the chickens wandering in town. The ear plugs provided, so funny!

I give the Key West Hilton Garden Inn, an average rating. The pros: the room was very clean, the front desk people were very nice and the pool hot tub area was excellent. Although the room was clean, it was very dated, the mattress needs to be replaced and there were maintenance issues in the bathroom area of which two werenot able to be fixed-toilet had to be held to flush and low shower pressure. Overall my expectation of Hilton Garden Inn appearance was not met. The hotel exterior needs refreshing and has the appearance of an old motor inn which may not be an issue for some people. It is quite a ways from main area and does have a shuttle. We did not use so cannot speak to how well it works. If it were not for the cleanliness of the room and the front desk being so nice and responsive, I would have given this hotel a 1.
