"If you like dust and sewer smell, stay here"

We stay here and Courtyard several time per year for meetings. Switched from Homewood Suites because it went downhill. The lobby consistently smells like sewer recently and my room keeps getting changed from a King to a QQ. I have complained to the General Manager and he laughs and said that kings are their most popular room type and it sells out. The team is extremely unprofessional and slow to respond to communications. My team keeps getting moved between here and the Courtyard and never know where to check in because hotel moves them without communicating to me or the employee. General Manager and sales team here are a joke.

"Not Trustworthy"

We stayed one night and booked our room through a third party. The next day when we checked out, the hotel made use pay again because they could not find where the payment had been issued. They said if we are double billed just call the hotel and they will issue a refund. Since I was double billed (already knew I was), the hotel was unwilling to help, and the manager never returned my call. The hotel itself was nice but they are unwilling to be fair and would rather get paid twice. The third party I used was more than willing to issue a refund and said they would take it up with the hotel to get their money back, the way a company should be. Be careful and if you use a third party, I would call them in the moment to fix any issues before I trust this hotel.

Great hotel, in good location just 20 minutes from DFW airport. Rooms are great, good size, spotless, beds are enormous and super comfortable and the bathroom is good too (Shower could have done with more power). Would recommend. Theres hundreds of hotels in the Dallas area (literally on every street corner) but this one was great!

I highly recommend this hotel! It’s clean, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is GOOD. Did I mention how clean it is!!! They have water and crush ice on each floor. Plenty of parking. Quick driving distance to food and a mall. This will definitely be my new go to hotel in the area!!

"Enjoyed our stay"

We loved staying at the Hilton! We only had 1 issue when we arrived the front desk staff told us that they didn't have anymore king rooms, even though we booked months ago. They offered us a queen room, with a voucher for 2 nights of free dinner and 2 mornings of free breakfast or offered to put us at the hotel next door in a king room. The room was clean, and quiet. We overall really enjoyed our stay and the staff were nice and accommodating! I would definitely stay here again!
