"Perfect."

Perfect hotel in Destin! Great service and offered complimentary cookies (if they're available). Room was comfortable and partial gulf view was legit; good chunk of gulf visible. Short walk to beach, which was stunning. Breakfast had a good variety and was fresh. Free parking.

A great hotel with good staff however breakfast was a fail. The pool was warm sometimes. Close to beaches shopping and a race track for the kids across the st with an arcade would ai stay again yes especially if I'm here with the kids. The weather was hit or miss

My family & I visited the weekend of November 8-11. Being a past GM in the hospitality industry (yes, in the Florida panhandle lol) & knowing how peck season & longer holiday weekends can be, I feel this property did amazing! From booking, to check-in/out, to breakfast, all was really nice!! (We really didn't utilize housekeeping as we picked up extra towels, etc. from the front desk......) Marcial is a great asset to your team with his professionalism & his interaction with the guests!!! Keep up the fabulous work!! Can't wait to stay again!!

"Book elsewhere and thank me later"

We stayed in October 2024 for a 4 night stay while our condo is being renovated. We are loyal Hampton customers. This hotel should be closed. It is so dirty and worn. You can see in the pictures the floors and common areas are repulsive. They were not touched (including the dried egg on the elevator) the entire stay. Garbage everywhere. Lots of animals…. and it shows. Our room had stained sheets and mold in the unstocked bathroom. The front desk staff was annoyed anytime you asked for anything. They said twice they would come service the room and never showed. Karla, the GM, did call us and she was very nice and professional. We were refused a refund (we prepaid a non-refundable rate…. DO NOT DO THIS). We were told it couldn’t be refunded. However she said instead she would give us points and a be my guest voucher. We are still waiting on the voucher and not feeling confident. I’m hopeful it arrives and hope Karla is able to get support from Hilton to turn that place around. It’s a great location. This was a horrible experience and we will not be back. I’m frustrated we couldn’t leave unless we wanted to pay for another hotel at our own expense. I couldn’t relax. We just stayed gone as much as we could and made sure to not touch anything as best we could. 🤮

"Very Front Desk Service"

The front desk staff was HORRIBLE, no eye contact, no welcome Hilton member, no personality. We had a couple issues with the 2 rooms (no soap in one and the other was dirty). When we went to the front desk there was no "I'm sorry for the issue- how can I help" it was as if we were interrupting their ability to watch their videos on their phones. Maintenance did quickly come clean the A/c- Heater that was filled with dust and housekeeping did come and make the room right. But this is not what I would expect from a Hampton Inn
