"Gluten-Free breakfast review"

I was looking forward to a warm breakfast. Sadly, the eggs and potatoes were not gluten-free. Rather than oatmeal, they did biscuits and gravy. Cereal was not gluten free. As expected, pastries were not gluten free. BUT I did get an individually packaged Udi bagel. That was a fabulous option. You need to ask because it was kept in the kitchen. I also saw yogurt - not sure if it was GF. Thank you for having GF bagels!

"Billing Nightmare"

This was a prepaid 2 night stay and my cc was charged in full in April 2024 when we booked the room. When we got there they tried to charged my cc again. I told them it was a prepay and the person said he would fix it and not to worry. Then when we checked out and left it charged my card again. Contacted the hotel and they said they would fix it. Now they say the billing systems were changed at the end of May so they can’t access anything before then. Said they would issue a credit but actually CHARGED me AGAIN. Then issued a credit for that charge but now it has disappeared. If you talk to Hilton they say otherwise has to be local hotel management correct it. So here we are. It has been over 2 months and I have provided documentation to Hilton, the hotel admits it has over charged but no one will actually fix it.

"Will not return!!!"

I would not recommend this hotel. I have traveled and stayed at many Hilton properties, but this hotel gives the Hilton brand a bad name. Very unprofessional, unorganized and not truthful. I had to change rooms twice due to AC not working and making loud noises. The linens/ towels are worn out and needs to be replaced with new ones , beds were not comfortable for Hilton property standard.

"Not up to Hampton standards"
TripAdvisor user rating 2.0 out of 5
Reviewed January 23, 2024
I wish I would have read the reviews. I fail to understand hotels to properly clean and maintain the upkeep of their buildings. After 14hrs in the vehicle all I wanted was a clean room. The headboard had spots on it (yuck) hairs in the shower, also that salmon color that gets in showers when not cleaned that will eventually turn moldy. The track for the door has not been cleaned in a long time. There was hair and dirt in the corner of the bathroom. The rings behind the faucet were loose. The light fixture was rusty and caulking at the ceiling was cracked. Different shades of cool lights in the room made for a very uninviting atmosphere. Also smelled bad upon entering the room. The last thing I saw before checking out ... house keeping had missed cleaning brown runs down the outside of the house toilet. Will not be back at this location. I have pictures if owners or management care.
