"Double charged for the stay"

Booked and paid in full for the hotel on Expedia. However, the hotel charged me for the stay to my credit card. When I called them to dispute, they stated they didn’t charge me and were not able to help.weeks later this is still hasn’t been resolved.

Check in was easy though I was never offered water or anything else as a Hilton honors member at check in. My room was clean for the most part however the floor was sticky, someones dirty facemask was left in the floor and the shower made a horrible noise. The staff here is very disrespectful especially the manager Jay. He was arguing with customer at the front desk in plain view and ear shot of other customers very uncomfortable! As I returned to the hotel later that night another employee was smoking right at the entrance. No one and I mean no one that worked there greeted you with a good morning or even a smile. The breakfast was worse than the staff. Only positive was the pool and hot tub area.

Check in was easy. Plenty of parking spaces. The staff is pleasant. I requested a room near the elevator due to mobility issues, but my room was a bit of a walk through the corridor. Entering the room : regular 2 queen beds, fridge and microwave. The deal breaker was "cleanliness ". It was thoroughly clean. Sparkling! The air conditioning was loud but not disturbing. Yes, I could hear my neighbors walking, showering, closing doors, but, oh well, that's better than so quiet that you wonder if you missed the Rapture. Check out was quick. We didn't have breakfast because the beds were so comfortable we overslept. It was a great one night stay. Might go back just to do a quick stay- cation this summer.

Stay was great! Staff was very very nice and accommodating! Room was clean. Breakfast included. I'd definitely stay again! Pool, laundry and exercise room available all areas we clean.. I went for a weekend getaway and really was needed and enjoyable. Very much recommended!

"The Pepe room"

Room 344 stunk like dog pee so bad and after every one saying they can’t do nothing that night I found out there was a king bed room but they did not want to give to my wife and I because it was last room did not want to give for same price moved us next morning then when we checked out Sunday just gave me some points for the warm smelly room we ended up having to stay in a/c worked here and there but when it came on made smell worse shame that money beat out customer satisfaction
