At the time of check-in, valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a nightly resort fee will be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit) upon check-in. The minimum check-in age is 21.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed. ADA-defined service animals are welcome.

Resort Fee: A resort fee of $25 per day plus tax is collected upon arrival. The fee includes guest internet access, assortment of games and books, self-parking for 1 car, movie night, select daily activities, and game equipment including corn hole, giant bowling, checkers, and connect four.

"Nice resort"

NIce resort close to Jamestown and Williamsburg. Nice pool area for warmer weather, near a golf course etc. Apartment was large, reasonably well appointed and maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We are part of a golf group (30+ people) that is staying at this resort for one week. The Villas are amazing! Our Villa is very nicely furnished with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a Full kitchen that is equipped with a full sized oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes, drink-ware and silverware. We also have a nice size balcony facing a wooded area. The resort is quick to respond to any requests that I’ve had for extra towels, soap, etc. The resort staff are extremely friendly and customer oriented. I’m actually planning to organize a golf trip for a group of my girlfriends and will recommend this location because they are so accommodating.

"Got blindsided by resort fees"

Be aware. The resort charges $28 (or perhaps more by now) of junk "resort fees" per day for timeshare exchanges (don't know about direct rentals). That's almost $200 in addition to the cost of your exchange fee which can virtually double the cost! The resort is nice enough, but it doesn't warrant any additional fees. You can book in many other Williamsburg resorts - many that have better amenities without paying fees.
