"This place is a dump."

This place is a dump. It is old, it does not smell good, it needs to be renovated from the ground up. Any form of Marriott Status means absolutely nothing here. Calling ahead a month in advance to ask for a specific room or checking in on the app to alert to your arrival have no influence. If you happen to arrive late you get whatever is left. Not that any of the rooms are particularly good or nice. I have stayed here several times and each time was misery.

"Absolutely terrible service"

Horrible stay! No hot water for the entire side of the hotel we were on. Three days with ICE cold water and a very rude staff. The staff Acknowledged the issue but manager said it was not true and though the entire side of the hotel complained stated there was hot water. This was by far the worst Marriott experience I have ever had. I expected more from the company I remain loyal too. This hotel and Marriott have lost my future business.

Good hotel, typical Fairfield. THe location is conveniently close to I-84. The room was clean and quiet, good size. They have a small swimming pool though we did not use it. Breakfast was standard Fairfield. Nice people at the front desk. Good experience overall.

"NO HOT WATER & SECURITY ISSUES"

Upon checking in to the hotel everything seemed fine. However, there was NO HOT WATER for our entire stay!! 7/18-7/21/24. This was not an isolated incident; it was a common conversation with several families in the hotel. There was no hot water in the sink or the shower...not even at 2am. The manager on duty and desk staff had no way to address the issue. They insisted they called the GM, he was aware, the weekend is his day off and will respond to everyone on Monday. There is also a SECURITY issue at this hotel! Homeless people sleeping in the parking lot, a car was stolen as the person checked in, and the meeting room door that opened to the back patio was unlocked throughout the weekend. The manager has zero sense of customer service! He did not respond until Friday and for the most part claims we are lying about the hot water issue. The management company (Jamsan Management as not responded to the two emails that were sent) and quite honestly Marriott as also dropped the ball with zero resolution. I am fairly easy going and understand at times things may fall short of the expectations but, this is unacceptable. The manager's response is even more unacceptable. It may be centrally located, or the location may be easily accessible but, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!

"Clean and affordable"

Clean and affordable. Had to stay here while our bathroom was being remodeled. I had to walk to the front desk to request more towels, no biggie. Toilet is a little wobbly. A little disappointed there were any had or body lotions like most Marriotts supply.
