"Businessman who makes this hotel his 1st choice, every trip. That fresh smell in the lobby let's confirms "I'm back!""

This hotel is very, very accommodating and a wonderful choice of where to stay for many reasons. In fact, it's the first choice when my company is solidifying lodging for myself and colleagues. Why? The location is convenient to main thoroughfares (interstate, eateries (mall, Top Golf, and others) The amenities, which includes an excellent on-site restaurant (Mango's) with fully staffed bar, and daily evening socials (which includes a couple of daily, free drink coupons). The rooms, each are sizeable and we'll kept, older suites. Very accommodating. The staff, to me, is a primary factor in why this Embassy Suites is set apart from others in my business travels. From the front desk to the morning breakfast staff, to the evening bar and restaurant staff - each person goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The woman who makes the omelets and all the staff clearing the tables, refreshing your coffee or beverages and kindly greeting you deserve daily tips! They're exceptional. In Mango's, in the evening, Kale & Cedric (sharp, professional and efficient) are meeting, greeting, and making drinks like it's second nature. Balancing taking orders, making drinks, delivering orders, and engaging with the customers is no easy feat. But they, as well as others, do it so well. DEFINITELY consider making this Embassy Suites your place of choice.

"Bartender/server Kale… as good as it gets!"

Had the most wonderful experience with our bartender/server Kale! She was absolutely outstanding while serving guess their drinks and dinner in the most most professional style! She was as friendly as could be and was excellent at keeping everybody happy!! can’t wait to see her again tonight!!

From the moment we checked in with Andre at the front desk to having drinks at the bar by Mari, breakfast omelet cooks, Megal the buser then checking out with Lana, each and every one was very pleasant, friendly and each one made it personable. Some small but significant hospitality going beyond. They all together made this visit memorable.

"Always Our Place to Stay near Brandon/Tampa"

We always feel welcome at this property as a "valued Hilton Honors member". We were greeted by two friendly front desk staff members. Check in was seamless, and there were plenty of luggage carts available. Because we in town for a family funeral, I had requested a quiet room, and we were accommodated with that on the side of the hotel not facing SR 60. The lobby area and interior of the multilevel atrium are lovely and inviting. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. We did not attend the evening happy hour because we attended the celebration of life for our family member, but the happy hour with snacks has always been enjoyable in the past. The breakfast buffet with omelet station is always very welcome and popular, and the two ladies handled the lines like clockwork...and the omelets were delicious, as always! There were plenty of luggage carts at check in and at checkout so that was greatly appreciated. Our room was on the 3rd floor and as I said, was very quiet. The minor negatives that did not affect our stay were that there was a mildewy smell in the living area, and there was a lot of rust at the base on the left side of the bathroom entry door; however, the bathroom was very clean. The seating group in the living area was clean...no stains like often seen at some suite hotel properties. The entry into and out of the hotel is easy with very quick access to both SR 60 and I-75.

Kale was our server and bartender. She was absolutely wonderful and very professional. Kale made excellent drinks and provided us with superb customer service and experience. I highly recommend the Embassy Suites Bar and Lounge, Mangoes.
