"I probably would try another place next time"

Was ok kind of needing refreshing. AC was noisy and not very quiet. Staff was friendly. Wouldn’t probably stay there again! Bathroom needed updating tile was broken and looked like they caulked it to try and make it look better. We usually stay at an Embassy Suites and this I would have to say was the worse condition.

"A good relaxing stay"

Staff was excellent in helping us find drivers & an early check-in room. Everyone was courteous & friendly. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The safe did not work, but did not report it to the front desk. That was the only issue we had.

"Not bad, but needs to be much cleaner"

Location is very good, walking distance to the old town. Breakfast was excellent and the pool area was nice and clean. However, rooms are dated and dirty. It felt damp in the rooms, and you can see in some corners old stains. Beds were not as comfortable as the other Hilton locations. If anything, one would expect consistent bed comfort at Hilton. Carpeting is old and full of dirt and grime. Housekeeping would only switch our towels, and we had to ask for coffee and water bottle replacement. They should have at least mopped the bathroom floor daily. This hotel definitely needs remodeling.

"Run down hotel"

This hotel has alot of issues. several elevators were not working; the public bathroom near the meeting room (409) was disgusting (unusable). The snacks for purchase were not in stock, no water bottle water for sale. It seems to be a very old hotel and needs alot of things fixed.

"spring break with family."

I just finished our stay at Embassy Suites in Scottsdale, the staff were great to assist our needs, We tried to use the fire pit, it was out of propane. it took a little while to fix but once they did we had a great time roasting marshmallows. We also meet different families from Wisconsin and Minnesota. It was fun to get to know new people. We didn't go to as many places as my wife wanted to, but for this vacation we just wanted to relax and stay at the resort. We loved hanging out at the pool, getting food from the restaurant and happy hour .
