"WORST PLACE TO RENT!!!!"

Horrible front desk people! Not friendly AT ALL! Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in My 49 years of life! Would NOT recommend this hotel at ALL! They charged us for ping pong paddles that were already broke, that had not been checked from the previous ppl who checked them out. Did not provide a blanket and only 1 pillow for the pull out bed. Horrible people the 2 front desk clerks and 1 security guard! They ALL should be FIRED!!! They talked to us worse than Dogs!!!! Horrible!

"Terrible Experience"

Poor guy at the front was working so hard to get through a huge line, phone calls from guest, outside calls, checking in pilots and flight attendants...he did his best, but obviously understaffed. The room I got smelled disgusting like cigarettes. Clearly NOT a smoke free room. I roughed out the smell bc I felt so bad for the guy at the front who was already overwhelmed. Had to pay for parking, didn't expect that. There was only parking available waaay in the back by the trash dumpsters. I will not stay here again. I probably will reek of smoke tomorrow...uhg.

If you're looking for trouble, this is certainly the path to take. It was, without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever encountered. Everything about the situation was frustrating and disappointing, from start to finish. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and constant setbacks made it unbearable.

This is our go to hotel when we are in Phoenix. The bed is so comfortable and the staff are very friendly. Always get 5 stars from us…until this time. This time there were about a dozen or more little (6-8 yo maybe) running around, screaming and yelling and their parents were just socializing in the courtyard. Finally, the kids stopped after 930pm. It was ridiculous. The. Around midnight we are woken up be 2 women and a man fighting like cats and dogs in the room above us. (The rooms don’t appear to be soundproof for sure). Finally, after about 15 min we called the front desk and they must have sent security because then it quieted down. So disappointing that such a nice place had these problems.

Hotel Review Doubletree Suites by Hilton At Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Dates: 10/11/2024-10/13/2024 Room: Desert View (City) King Suite Location: Phoenix, Arizona, USA Cost: $478 for 2 nights Score: 8.5/10.0 Thoughts: excellent property, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and sought to see to every guests every need for the duration of the stay. The free wifi was fast and stable, the in-house BRIX restaurant was phenomenal, and the room service was communicative, reliable, efficient, and reasonably fast. The laguna-esque pool was divine, as was the connected hot tub. All in all, this was an affordable,luxurious hotel that is technically a Hilton property but without the Hilton baggage. Each suite is stocked with Gilcrest & Soames bath products, which are among the best products on the market. I heartily recommend this hotel if you're in Phoenix.
