Everything was beyond excellent. The room was spacious and clean. Air con was perfect and the service desk and all staff were friendly and welcoming. Location was good and parking access was easy. Wifi worked very well.

Well, the accommodation at this hotel is quite frankly, the worst I have experienced in decades. Apart from possibly several coats of paint over the years, Hilton have made zero investment in renovating these rooms in decades. The accommodation is terribly outdated, very grubby and totally unpleasant to be in. I was quite horrified that the Hilton would put their name to this establishment. If it was a cheap, economy stay I would make allowances but this hotel charges pretty premium rates. I was in one of the ‘villa’ rooms on the ground floor, looking out directly onto the car park like many of these rooms. With the cars parked directly outside the window and the corridor being an outside path, there was also no privacy and i never felt very secure. The housekeeping staff are incredible noisy and have no consideration for guests. They shout to each other and bang about at all hours. My first room seemed to be alongside the housekeeping hub and I asked to be moved because the noise they made shouting at each other and messing around was incredibly loud. On the last day the hotel kindly offered me a later check out as my flight was late in the evening. Which was good of them. However, someone instructed maintenance to paint the path outside the block. When I went to see what they were doing just outside my door I was able to stop them just in time before I had no way of exiting my room. When I asked them to stop until after I’d left they reached out to their manager, who seemed to think it was quite acceptable for me to walk over the wet paint in my shoes and wheel my case across until I insisted that i would not. Crazy!! I also got disturbed one evening at midnight by maintenance replacing parts on the air conditioning unit in the neighbouring room directly outside my door. When I challenged them about the noise they were making at such an unsociable hour, they just grunted and ignored me. Totally ignorant. The buffet breakfast was expensive but very basic. The only positive comment i could make about this hotel was the friendly waiting staff in the restaurant who provided a ray of sunshine to an otherwise very bleak and depressing establishment. I would not recommend a stay in this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights and we loved it here very clean and the staff are amazing especially Marisa who went above and beyond …. We got engaged whilst here and she decorated our room for us and even sent us a cake and balloons which housekeeping set up and did an amazing job. We would def stay here again and it nice the pool and hot tub is open to 12 pm Thank you all love Brenden and Heidi x

Rooms are a dump, outdated and not clean. My bathtub still had hair in it along with the bathroom floor. Door to the bathroom didn’t close and the tile by front door wasn’t mopped. A/C barely functioned and it’s only end of March. A alarm went off at 3:30 in our room, I have no idea why or what it was for. Bed is like a stone. Checked in at 5pm, room facing garden wasn’t ready so they put us in an outside room facing parking lot. $30 extra to park a car per night and I was charged an additional 45 and the clerk couldn’t even explain what it was for.

Andreina is an absolute gem. She was so patient with me after a slightly rough evening (rooms not ready… angry newly weds… the bride is my best friend and had accidentally eaten something she was allergic too… plus we weren’t aware a prom was being hosted and had immediately walked in to chaos) I booked 2 rooms through a 3rd party and was told earlier everything was good and I’d get a text when the rooms were ready while we were at Epcot. Never happened which (again) totally fine. Andreina was calm and clearly making sure we were taken care of. We ended up in different rooms than booked but she handled it so well. Even when another woman interrupted her and wrote on a sticky note “no more room changes” (idk if that was the exact wording but I believe it was) right in front of us while we were just trying to get any room. Later in the evening I went back to ask a question and she went out of her way to make sure I was okay. (I was a little stressed out) This is the first time staying at this hotel and she single handedly saved the evening. Only thing I’d say is I wish there had been a warning a prom was being held bc teenagers hitting elevator floors being funny with a sick bride was frustrating. Not the hotels fault at all but would have liked to be a little prepared.
