Rooms feature a flat-screen TV with cable channels. A small refrigerator and coffee maker are provided as well. Select rooms feature a private balcony, sofa beds, and additional living space. Bicycle rentals are available, as are launderette facilities. Guests can work up a sweat in the on-site fitness center. Serving a variety of seafood and regional delicacies, Palm Haven Restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating. Poolside Gumbo Limbo Tiki Bar offers frozen specialty drinks and light meals.

Key West Tropical Forest Botanical Garden is approximately a 5-minute drive from this DoubleTree Key West resort. Smathers Beach is a 5-minute drive. The airport is a 2-minute drive from the property.

Rust in bathrooms. Poor lighting in room itself. Gum ground down into the carpets in the hallways walking to rooms. No wait staff walking the pool deck but you are not allowed to bring down your own food or drinks so if you are in the pool the only way you can eat is to get out and go eat at the bar. Poor service overall. Food was poor, the guacamole was frozen. The property nor room balconies have not been strayed down with pest control in who knows how long so we got bit if we tried to sit on the balcony, or eat out on the back patio or even just standing outside the front doors of the hotel. Overall this was the worst hotel stay compared to expectations our family has had in a long time.

Hotel was just a three star at best. Staff not very friendly Old and in need of upgrade which I was told it is coming this year. Shower leaked water under the glass wall and shower door. USB port next to the bed broken. Sliding door didn’t lock but okay on a second floor. Jacuzzi warm but bubbles didn’t working. Hilton property very expensive for what you get.

OMG - best wedding ever!!! Extra special thanks to Victoria, Dianne, Angie, Ellis and Michelle (with 2 L's)!!! We got married on Smathers Beach and then had our reception luncheon back at the DoubleTree!!! The entire staff was amazing and treated us as VIP's. The hotel is beyond gorgeous - the pool, the restaurant, the pool bar are great! If you're ever in Key West, stay here!

What’s good - location , free bus in & out of the Old Town What’s not so good - check in experience like a budget chain - no recognition, tried room , chipped and dated furniture, leaking shower with replastering done by an infant, a safe not fixed to the wall, a door that has a 1/2 play when locked and 20mm brown bugs in the room and bathroom (damp?) Pool is ok, what’s bad is booming music all day or a booming live music act. Want to chill & read? Not by this pool! Housekeeping - I popped to the room to collect an item and housekeeping were mid clean, room open and cart outside. I stood for over 5 mins until someone sauntered back to finish the job and lock the room There may be worse hotels in Key West but there are definitely better

Such mixed reviews on line, but we had a 5 star experience. Clean rooms: comfortable beds. Nice products. Good maid service. Nice complimentary water bottles and chocolate chip cookies every day. The shuttle was prompt to and from the airport and to downtown. We did not use the pool but the outside bar was nice. The break was pricey but they have a captive audience. You can order a la carte. It's close to the airport but not to downtown. Pet friendly. Small snack shop.
