One of the dirtiest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. While it is convenient to SJC, I have cancelled my future reservation. The foyer and bar/restaurant area are reasonably well kept and the staff were pleasant….although the restaurant was completely understaffed. The room I stayed in was dirty - walls and carpets were stained and the shower didn’t work properly. An absolute disgrace. Won’t be going back to this hotel ever again.

Hello Doubletree San Jose airport… This is the 1980s and they want their cruddy carpet and crappy furniture back… This was seriously one of the most overpriced terrible hotels. I’ve stayed at in decades. From the underwhelming service to the completely dated and grungy carpets and furniture, this hotel was a disappointment front the moment I arrived. While I understand that hotel sometimes need a refresh and an upgrade, this place is at least 10 years overdue. My price for my room, tax and exorbitant parking was over $350 for one night… And quite honestly, the gall to charge me $30 for parking when the property itself is a total dump left me pretty much speechless. I’ll not be back, they didn’t even ask me to take a survey how they did because they probably know, they did terrible.

I'm sure it was a nice hotel in the 1980's. One of the worst hotels I've stayed at in a long time. From the $30/day for self to the outdated rooms to the poor maintenance. I have nothing positive to say, so I'll just leave it at that. Needless to say I'll be staying elsewhere next time.

I had a minor emergency on the last night of my stay and the staff went above and beyond to remedy my situation…so very kind, prompt, and professional. Our show facilities were outstanding and the bar and restaurant are spectacular!! Having said this, the hotel portion is run down. The first night I felt quite sad in the room. I hope the owners will invest in their property and boost the overall atmosphere of this place filled with good people.

An Overnight stay provided from a travel disruption. This Doubletree has good cookies. BUT, it shows the wear and tear of a property in need or refurbishment. THe carpets on my floor. ( 2) where dirty and very spotted, the mattresses only fair, and generally the staff very mediocre. Only stay here if you must.
