Not clean.. found used toilet paper in the toilet. The drain is slow in the tub. They don’t store luggage and overall the rooms are tired and very worn… walls are dirty and dust along the walls and carpet. Ac works but a little lame that there isn’t a refrigerator in the room. This is a stretch at 4 stars… 3 at best?

I am currently attending a dance convention and had high expectations for my stay. Hilton is renowned for its quality, so I chose the DoubleTree Hotel. However, I paid over $400 for two nights and was extremely disappointed with my room. It felt old-fashioned, and the bathroom was not clean or modernized at all. Additionally, there was no mini fridge, which is incredibly inconvenient when traveling with children. The balcony window was dirty, and I couldn't get the heater to work—I was freezing throughout my stay. This has been a horrible experience, far below what I expected from a Hilton property.

One of the dirtiest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. While it is convenient to SJC, I have cancelled my future reservation. The foyer and bar/restaurant area are reasonably well kept and the staff were pleasant….although the restaurant was completely understaffed. The room I stayed in was dirty - walls and carpets were stained and the shower didn’t work properly. An absolute disgrace. Won’t be going back to this hotel ever again.

Hello Doubletree San Jose airport… This is the 1980s and they want their cruddy carpet and crappy furniture back… This was seriously one of the most overpriced terrible hotels. I’ve stayed at in decades. From the underwhelming service to the completely dated and grungy carpets and furniture, this hotel was a disappointment front the moment I arrived. While I understand that hotel sometimes need a refresh and an upgrade, this place is at least 10 years overdue. My price for my room, tax and exorbitant parking was over $350 for one night… And quite honestly, the gall to charge me $30 for parking when the property itself is a total dump left me pretty much speechless. I’ll not be back, they didn’t even ask me to take a survey how they did because they probably know, they did terrible.

I'm sure it was a nice hotel in the 1980's. One of the worst hotels I've stayed at in a long time. From the $30/day for self to the outdated rooms to the poor maintenance. I have nothing positive to say, so I'll just leave it at that. Needless to say I'll be staying elsewhere next time.
