"Suitable for a Long Layover"

Suitable for a layover flight not a vacation hotel. I used bed bug spray to ensure the eradication of any possible bed bugs. 'Breakfast included' is a choice of coffee, tea and juice. You are handed a paper bag with a muffin, three breakfast bars and a bottle of water. This was not an issue for me. You get what you pay for. The bathroom towels have stains. The bed linen did not have any stains. Room appeared clean. Environment was quiet for a good night's rest. Iron and ironing board included. Dove body wash and shampoo and conditioner available in bathroom. Proximate enough to the hotel about 15-20 minutes depending on the traffic. Shuttle to the airport was on time and efficient.

Room was unclean - standing water in sink and bathtub - never drained Check in seemed indifferent to the complaint. No food locations within walking distance of hotel.

"Terrible stay"

This is by far the worst Days Inn I've ever stayed at. From the moment I called the hotel for the shuttle untI arrived, it took me 1.5 hours when the hotel is only 15 minutes away. The room hadn't been cleaned properly. Hair on the floor, stained towels, dirty tub, and the phone in the room didn't work. I called from my cellphone 5x until finally somebody at the front desk picked up. Upon leaving the lobby, the were 3 dead cockroaches on the floor. Somebody couldn't clean that up? The place is sketchy, you had a man walking the lobby barefoot just roaming, and a group of kids that looked like they were up to no good. I would not reccomend this place to anyone. I don't care how cheap it was.

"Bookers beware"

Stay anywhere but here! Room was not as represented on website, dirty towels, moldy/dirty and broken bathroom floor tiles and staff that couldn’t care less. Waiting over an hour for the airport shuttle (shared with multiple other hotels). Then greeted with “you have to use the kiosk”, to then have the remotely working person we video chatted with on the kiosk transfer us back to front desk because she couldn’t complete the check because kiosk card reader wasn’t working. Front desk guy seemed irritated/put out that he gad to check us in. (No other guests there). Room was not as described, bedding was a sheet with blanket (no bedspread or comforter), towels were dirty, bathroom floor moldy and cracked. Had we not been exhausted we would have gone elsewhere.

"My quick stay at Days Inn Irving Grapevine"

Relatively convenient to airport. There is a shuttle but that is pretty efficient. This is a low grade hotel. As usual you get what you pay for but, I was content with my stay. I had a few hours of lay over in Dallas so it was convenient. The front desk manager on the date I checked in was unusually helpful, friendly and nice. Most appreciated.
