Couch not very comfy, slow drain in bathroom sink, location is great, bed was comfy. Hotel definitely needs an update but staff were wonderful, we loved the bistro and will be back to see Dave who ran the bistro two of the three nights we were there.

Mid winter so not crowded but still could not upgrade a gold member Room was clean but actually had to ask for soap as none was provided. Customary to provide bottled water for coffee but none was provided. And I got a stare when asking to get room cleaned.

Excellent stay, room very clean. We stay at 30 plus nights in Marriot hotels each year and this didn’t disappoint. Looks like they are slowly refreshing this hotel as well which is a bonus. We would definitely book this hotel again, great staff and accommodations.

I’m very impressed by the level of service at this hotel! During my check-in, Kaitlyn recognized my Bonvoy elite status and thanked me for my loyalty, which is rare now days when checking into Marriott hotels. I had a few special requests and she quickly accommodated them without hesitation. Kaitlyn is an excellent ambassador to the Marriott brand standards and should be recognized as such. I look forward to future visits at your property because of her outstanding warm kindness!

Previous reviews mentioned the good customer service experience. I would say the same about my time there. Kat, in the Bistro was very kind and helpful. Nick, in management was accommodating. Katlin and Josiah were wonderfully attentive at the front desk. Bon Voy app and the reservations all state they have a heated indoor pool. But it doesn’t seem to be. It’s cold! We were there for 4 days. We picked this hotel solely because of the “heated indoor pool” and hot tub. Fortunately, the hot tub was clean and in working condition. As a Titanium status with Bon Voy, we appreciated the Suite upgrade to room 401 and balcony 405. And we’re happy to have a place for our family members to congregate. However, it was a disappointment that the TV didn’t work in the living room of the Suite. And 405 tv is in serious need of resetting the screens color. And, we were unable to watch football or movies together. Ended up watching everything on a small tablet. As one other lady said, when the hotel TV doesn’t work it’s a bummer and boring. But being Christmas week we understand they were short staffed and no one in maintenance there to resolve the issue. The body wash was empty in the suite and our balcony room shower had mold that needs addressed. Beds were comfortable and the public spaces were clean and inviting. Room doors were Very loud when closing. But the rooms were non-existent of outside noise which was a good plus for sleeping.
