The room was okay. For a 2 night stay they don’t clean/redo the room after the first night. There is no information that states that. Toiletries were subpar. Breakfast left much to be desired - grainy scrambled eggs and a very crowded breakfast room. If you need a place to crash while visiting antelope canyon, this is fine. But come with tempered expectations. We went here with higher expectations and were disappointed.

Overall, the place is fine. Beds were comfortable. Everything seemed to be clean except... There were dozens of ants in the bathroom on an old soap wrapper when we woke up, but didn't seem to be anywhere else in the room. We threw away the wrapper and the ants went away. Check-in lady wasn't the nicest and I had to actually search for her after waiting a few minutes, felt like I was bothering her.... AM desk person was nice. Breakfast food is just OK, and the place is a zoo in the AM. Get there early.

We thought the place looked nice and we were tired so we booked the room. All was well until my husband killed a good sized roach in the bathroom in the middle of the night. We checked out, didn’t stay again. Everything else was ok, beds were nice & balcony was too.

This isn’t the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, but it also could have been better. The rooms are large, which is great when traveling with kids. It’s also in a convenient location close to food and activities. However, it wasn’t as clean as I was hoping it would be. The stuff in our room was coated in dust so thick it looked like it had never been dusted before. There were hairs in the shower, on the carpet, and on the chair. Three different kinds of hair, from three different people. The bed was clean though, which is the most important thing to me when staying somewhere overnight. The breakfast area was a madhouse, and there was waffle batter splattered all over the walls. This is an okay hotel for a one night stay, but for the price, I’d look for something better.

Did our research w reviews. Disappointed. Paid $100 extra night for basically a sofa w no side table or reading lamp. Privacy screen between bed and couch w slates/holes? What's the point? Was hoping for a semi private reading spot, sitting area? Long wasted space wall w no furniture or storage or wall hooks. Microwave in cabinet under tv far from frig and a very tiny coffee pot! Bathroom sink w no stopper for shaving. Poor lighting for bathroom mirror!. Breakfast area congested. Traffic flow not thought out! Coffee bar in corner allowing only one person at a time. Just amazes me that hotel planners don't think these things out? Very small coffee cups that stuck together, forcing people to pick up and touch the rims of multiple cups to get unstuck. It's the small details that make or break a hotel for me. This one was not for us!
