"Great experience, better than any other hotel I’ve stayed at in Minneapolis."

Moved my stay here after a bad experience at another hotel halfway through a business trip in Minneapolis. Surpassed all my expectations. Great rooms, very cozy and accommodating to all my needs. Clean, comfy bed, and the continental breakfast was great as well. Staff is very friendly and made check in and check out very easy.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Hotel room was in rough shape with heavily stained carpet, worn furniture and trim, and lime build up in bath. My socks turned black after walking around the room for the evening. Location is great, parking is free and plentiful and breakfast looked standard.

I stayed on Christmas Eve. Both the front desk agents were pleasant, considering they had to work that evening. My room was clean and well stocked. No issues at all. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The attendant was friendly and kept all items stocked.

"Nope. Stay somewhere else"

We reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights. When we arrived after a long drive, they had one room for us. They did not honor our reservation. We had the confirmation number and refused to give us our second room. The room we did get wasn’t even one of the ones that we had confirmed. Front desk would not help. Pierre was the front desk person and kept saying he would fix it but did not. Will never stay here again and we were frequent visitors in the past. Called the corporate office and they also were of no help.

We’ve been coming here every weekend for the last 6 weeks as we need to be down there for medical treatment. Absolutely love the hotel and staff. Great proximity to run to the mall of America for dinner or a little shopping if you want. Close to the airport and easy access to the highways for travel. Avoid the TGIF restaurant attached at all costs - it’s awful. But that’s not the hotel’s fault.
