"Bath tub full of hair."

The tube was full off blonde hair. I called down to the front desk and they said I would have to wait until tomorrow to get the tub cleaned. So I couldn't shower tonight. I would have to go to bed dirty until someone comes in the morning to clean it.

"Dishonest and rude"

Showed up and they had given away my room despite my having called ahead to let them know I'd be arriving late. When I asked where I was supposed to sleep that night the manager told me "you'll figure it out". They only partially refunded my stay, insisting on charging a cancellation fee despite being the ones who cancelled the reservation. From the other reviews I've read, sounds like I dodged a bullet.

"Convenient for Grapevine stay."

The hotel is currently undergoing renovation - so work is going on in rooms and breakfast area - however it didn't really affect our stay as we were out all day. We had a renovated room which was clean and spacious. Breakfast is ample - waffles, breads, bagels, yogurts omelette & either bacon/ sausage. Small area for breakfast at the moment. Very convenient for Grapevine 15-20 minute walk to the station on Main street.

"A paradise if you like mold"

Moldy dated rooms we could not wait to leave and the stupid hours that their shuttle service runs for people commuting and connecting flights at the airport I hope I don't get a fungal infection after staying here had to pay $42 to catch Uber to stay here

"First Stop on Arrival at DFW"

Location is good for airport arrival with plenty of free parking, hotel offers airport transfer but we arrived by hire car. Twin Rooms are a little tired and could benefit from a refurb, beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean with hot water, breakfast area was self service but great range of items available. Great place as a transit stopover.
