Very friendly staff, great beds and pillows. We loved the common room that has filtered water and a espresso/americano etc. machine. The location was perfect. We could walk to fisherman's wharf, to market square and bus or Bart to the city.

Unassuming but perfectly decent hotel for a work trip. It was more expensive than I would have paid for a personal trip, for sure, and more than my office policy actually allows. However there must have been something going on in SFO this week and all the hotels were double the price. Perhaps it is normally less expensive. Room was nice enough. Bathroom was small but decent. Bed was comfortable. Favorite feature was the automatic espresso/latte machine in the lobby, open 24x7 with both caffeinated and decaf beans. I usually do two lattes, one caff and one decaf, so this was perfect. And since it was open 24 hours, I could get up early and grab a coffee without having to go outside and stand in a line. Not so great was the gym. If there is no one else in the gym it is OK, although one of the arms of the cable machine was missing the clip/hook to attach different equipment. On one day I got a decent workout in. But the next day it was crowded, although there were only 6 people in the gym. There really isn’t room for more than 5 people. 2 on the treadmills, 1 on the bike, 1 on the bench/weights and 1 on the mat. If you add any more people you need to step over each other. Also on the day I was working out alone, the air conditioning was either off or on very hot, and it was like a sauna. On the positive side, it is super close to the Embarcadero and I ended up just running there in the mornings instead of trying to use the gym. The attached restaurant is pretty good. My colleagues booked the free breakfast rate - I recommend trying that. Not sure how I missed it. Staff was helpful and friendly.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, to attend a technology conference at the Ferry Building, a few blocks away. The hotel is very well located, near the Union square (10 minute walk), Market Street and I was able to walk around easily and safely. Everything went fine, I didn't have any trouble at all, the reception staff was very helpful in giving suggestions for stores and restaurants nearby. The restaurant Fish & Farm, next door, is very good and I loved the food and the staff. I really recommend this hotel!

This hotel is our favorite place to stay when we want to get a hotel in the city. It's located in the Financial District, near the piers or a short drive from Chinatown and plenty of restaurants nearby. The bed is super comfy and I like how I can use the casting feature on the TV to watch my own shows. I will say that parking there isn't the greatest, but there is street parking or a parking garage right around the corner. All of the staff are very professional and helpful. Special shout-out to Maria, Greg and Brian for always going above and beyond for us.

This hotel has incredible service! Liz at the front desk welcomed me warmly to the hotel after my long flight. She even provided an early check-in and waived the fee for me which was very sweet! The rooms are clean and well maintained, although a bit small. Would recommend!
