Liz was fantastic! Clean, great location. Simple place to sleep and be centrally located. Would highly recommend. Very accommodating. Knew the area. Allowed me early checkin which was greatly appreciated. Parking close by. Excellent stay in SF right at Embarcadero.

This is the second time we stayed in a Club Quarters hotel; both times were fabulous. This one is nice a centrally located, close to Cruise Ship departures, nice walking distance to everything, great bar/eatery (High Horse), across the street is a most delightful Turkish bistro (Delah) if you don't want to eat a totally great breakfast onsite. We will definitely stay with this chain again - San Francisco and London were above expectation - like to do the whole chain.

One day they didn't clean until I requested it, even though if you don't ask for express cleaning or just bed-making, they do everything, but that wasn't the case. Also, every day they made the bed, it gave me the impression that they didn't shake it, they just spread the blanket, because at night, when I was getting ready to sleep and opened the bed, the bottom sheet was wrinkled, just like when you wake up in the morning. The carpet in the rooms is old and looks dirty, plus it had stains that looked like foot powder or fading. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the office and cost, but we're definitely considering moving to a place that may be more expensive or farther, but cleaner.

We experienced excellent customer service since check in. Staff was happy to quickly accommodate to any of our needs. We stayed in a superior queen with sofa bed and the room was cozy and comfortable. Liz at the from desk helped us with our stay and was so kind and helpful.
