"Perfect Place for Christmas!"

Rooms are lovely and large. Pet friendly. Vista 18 for dining provides a stunning view of the city. A nightcap a Clive’s is a must! Have stayed in this area, at different hotels, for many Christmas's. Without a doubt the staff here are the best I have experienced.

The beds were extremely comfortable. We especially appreciated the spaciousness of the Queen suite room and felt spoiled by the curated offerings of Nespresso pods and an equipped kitchenette. We enjoyed the pool and the staff were courteous and kind.

"Best hotel with service and friendliness"

The staff at Chateau Victoria take care of details. It our favorite place to stay. We went as a family over Christmas. Christmas movies in the lobby with popcorn and cookies. Al the great restaurants were close by and the Royal Museum was amazing - 5 minute walk away. Exercise, pool, hot-tub allowed my husband and I to relax in the morning and get the right muscle to relax. And Vista 18 on the top floor with views of the harbor was our special treat on Christmas eve. You just ask and someone is at the door to help. Best hotel ever.

"Fantastic and memorable stay!"

My husband and I had the best experience at the Chateau Victoria over the last few days December 24 to December 27, 2024. From the moment were greeted upon arrival by Glenn ( with a cheerfully smile and friendly welcome ), our holiday was absolutely fantastic. The front desk staff was always so helpful and kind. The fantastic staff who tended to the rooms were always friendly and cheerfully, saying hello and asking us if we needed anything each time we passed by. We were happy to enjoy time at Clives Bistro and Vista 18 Restaurant, both on location. The staff working there were fabulous and knowledgeable about different spirits, cocktails and menu items. Sean was excellent in Clives and Jack was fantastic in Visa 18. We loved the beef Carpaccio down stairs and Jack at Vista 18 made a fabulous Macchiato Martini for a friend that joined us! She loved it. A very special shout out to Glenn, who happened to be family of a friend of mine in Penticton. Glenn went above and beyond, making us feel very welcome and special. He is truly a fantastic member of the Chateau Victoria team and we were so grateful he was part of what made our holiday so special. Thank you Glenn!! I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed the entire experience. We will be back!

Loved the hotel. Service was excellent, and we really appreciated the van, taking us where we wanted to go. The best breakfast in the morning. The restaurant food was exceptionally good. A beautiful and clean hotel. The location was excellent.
