"Our stay at the Chateau"

It was our first time there and we will definitely return. All the staff could not have been nicer to us and our dogs! Very dog friendly! Our suite was spacious and had everything we needed! It was one of the nicest hotels we have visited because of the staff, the location, the dog friendliness, the room, the pool and the parking. The history of it is very fascinating! Lastly, a special shout out to David and the Keith!

"Luxurious but affordable......"

What a fantastic family weekend getaway at the Chateau Victoria Hotel. The hotel is so beautifully decorated from the lobby, the pool area and to the suites. We were checked in by Cathy who was very pleasant, quick and efficient! Glenn offered to help with bags, however; we were just fine. Our son was in AWE over the amazing Chateau Victoria Hotel Lego replica in the lobby, and Glenn was great at explaining all the fine details to him. This was a favorite of our boys everytime we left the room and passed by the lobby. The room itself is so tastefully decorated. The pillows are like soft clouds and are the best pillows ever! Even the towels in the bathroom were thick and beautiful. The Chateau is definitely luxury but affordable. The pool area was clean, and was a hit for the whole family. A soak in the hot tub after a day of walking was just what we needed. We enjoyed Vista 18 by room service both days and the food was top notch! So good!!! We had a great stay and we can't wait to return in May! We already booked..... The Baldwins

This is the hotel we stay at every time we visit Victoria. We appreciate Chateau Victoria’s proximity to restaurants, coffee, groceries, entertainment and especially great walks. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and our kitchen had all we needed for breakfast and lunches, which we often had in our room. We come to Victoria at least once a year for up to 2 weeks and always stay here.

Another great stay at the Chateau. A beautiful hotel. Comfortable, spotless rooms and the best hotel staff ever. You know the hotel has to be doing something right when there isn’t a staff member without a smile or who doesn’t go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Thanks everyone!

Top service all around been there many times always tops great staff. Accommodation very comfortable and clean great location pool and hot tub also beautifully maintained and pleasure to use will definitely return. I highly recommend this hotel
