"Amazing experience"

The service was amazing, the hotel in general is clean, and we were greeted immedietly upon arrivial. My room was clean, the view was fantastic. Super comfy bed. The restaurant on the 18th floor was also amazing in every aspect. Will definitely be back again. Thank You!

The bed was so comfortable, soft sheets, and fluffy pillows. The layout is very nice making it feel spacious and homey. The discount on parking when you book direct gives this place a heads up from the competition. Absolutely will stay again.

This 18 storey gem is perfectly located with a fine restaurant on the top floor that has a great view. Everything was in walking distance and we noticed the care and attention in every detail of this well kept hotel. Our room was comfortable and spotless. The staff were welcoming and professional, taking care of our every need. We will definitely come again. Thank you!!

Excellent stay. Room was spacious, very clean. The soap/shampoo/conditioner was lovely and top quality! In room coffee was delicious. Freshening up of the room daily was a very nice touch, too! The restaurant on the 18th floor is worth going to, the service and food was impeccable. 10/10 would return!

The staff at Chateau Victoria were great to interact with. They were very knowledgeable about the various shops and attractions around the hotel, as well as on the island. The suite that we stayed in was very comfortable and clean with very little street noise. The pool was a bit on the smaller size but my child had a great time splashing around in it. My only advise is that if you are planning on using the parking at the hotel, and are used to bigger vehicles (SUV, trucks or vans), that parking can be challenging in the two bottom garages. But the same can be said for parking in much of the downtown area, and the hotel does have a valet service if needed.
