"Home away from home"

What a great stay. Location is fantastic and the customer service in every department is outstanding. Everyone makes their guests feel welcome and helps out any way possible. The one bedroom suites are spacious and highly recommended. Nice decor. Comfy beds. Very quiet. We’ll be back, again and again!

"Wonderful and everything we want in a hotel!"

This was a great, classy hotel! We were greeted warmly every time we came into the lobby and they seemed to know us after a few days there. The hotel was clean and I felt like we got great customer service in all aspects. We had dinner and breakfast at Vista’s and drinks at Clive’s. Both amazing restaurants! The only thing I would have liked to see differently is that Vista’s and Clive’s opened earlier for happy hour or afternoon drinks. I felt like opening at 5p was too late. And the use of the hotels van was a major plus! The driver was willing to take us wherever we needed to go! That was so appreciated! Definitely planning a trip back!

"Amazing location with a very friendly staff"

The location is great, walking distance to the parliament building, restaurants, shops, parks, and the sea wall/bay. The staff was amazing, very helpful about everything. We had our dog with us and they provided all the goodies for him and all the staff so friendly with our dog as well. I would highly recommend his hotel to anyone for business trips and family outings. Our family loved it.

"LOVE Chateau Victoria !!"

This is our "go to" hotel whenever travelling to Victoria. Simply the best! Excellent staff, the assortment of rooms, we have stayed in a variety of them, many with great city views are well appointed and spotless! The beds are very comfortable with lovely linens and lots of pillows. Nice new window blackout shades. The TV even welcomes you by name!! The location is perfect, you can walk all over downtown. They also have a shuttle van on site with friendly drivers! Vista 18 ....the restaurant with the best views in town, is where we have breakfast...watching the seaplanes land in the harbour. They have a cool Lego model of the hotel property, along with staff and patrons (that was built by one of the employees!) displayed in the lobby, check it out it is amazing!! This is a special property, recently renovated top to bottom. Love The Chateau Victoria!!

The Chateau Victoria is such a wonderful experience. Everyone there is so helpful and friendly! Our one bedroom room was so comfortable and the location within the city is excellent! Great restaurant and amenities! A must stay while in Victoria!
