"Perfect View, but Extremely Large Hotel"

Ceasars Palace is a very very large hotel. We stayed there for 3 nights, because we were going to get married (Valley of Fire). We had an Augustus Fountain View Room and we had the perfect view !. This was the highlight of the room. The self parking garage was very far from the room in the Augustus Tower. You had to criss cross the entire casino to get to it. There is a Keurig coffee machine in the room, but no free coffee, you need to buy this for $$$. First time I see that. The room is advertised as having Apotheke bath products, but it didn't it was bodyography stuff. We tried the pools, but we could not find any (free) seats available at 10:30 am (and only 1 pool was closed !) Found the restaurants at the hotel very very expensive. We did have the buffet, but on our return trip, as you need to book this weeks in advance to get your prefered time. The fridge is completely filled with hotel bottles for sale and is sensored. My husband just opened the door and because the bottles rattled we got charged when checking out (this charge was removed without hesitation). The safe is very very small (narrow) and does not hold a laptop.

"Gamblers hate this casino and now I know why!"
TripAdvisor user rating 1.0 out of 5
Reviewed April 13, 2025 NEW
This is about their online casino.. First let me say I have played on most the major online casinos and this company is by far THE WORST. FIRST, let's say u deposit 100$ and like every other casino they'll give you a new player bonus, say 25%. So when the money hits your account they put the whole thing as 125 bonus money.. If u know about bonus money some casino it almost like real money and some make u wager 20× the amount to make it real. We'll with them they turn all of that money, including the money you deposited in as bonus money!! Which its almost as useful as online toilet paper. LET ME MAKE IT CLEAR THEY ARE THE ONLY MAJOR ONLINE CASINO I'VE EVER SEEN DO THAT. Also they literally robbed me for 200 dollars. I played 2 100$ bonus slots. Both times they took the money from my account and never gave me a bonus round. I called and was given the excuse because I had bonus money included in my account. I was foolish and belived it to be just another bad policy. I found out 3 months later it was a lie. You can buy a slot bonus if u have bonus money. I called and explained what happen. I gave them screen shots proving I spent 200 dollars and never even got 1 bonus round. They apologized to me being lied too and said they would look into it. A few days later I got a email saying, We didn't see anything wrong during that slot play.. thats it no reasons or excuse, just basically a billion dollar company robbing me for a couple hundreds and telling me there's nothing i can do about it. So people if your thinking of playing online or going there, don't. Even if they didn't rob me I would still say this. Anyone who has played on a few different casinos will tell you they are the worst. The policies, help, even the ROR is the worst. Do yourself a favor and pick another place so you don't end up getting the short end of the stick like I did. I even included proof in the photos.
