"Sun sand warm pool!"

Resilient ! We were welcomed back with open arms, a picture perfect retreat from our gloomy, cold winter Very clean, and picturesque , building back better after the horrific hurricane! GOD bless them all Amenities are fine , Walgreens, Publix across the street And John's pass if you like a little break for shopping! Good for kids , quiet at about 10 pm Very safe, lots of places to walk along the boardwalk The rooms are updated condo style 😎 ask for anything you need Great service Wake up every morning to fresh coffee and view of the beach! I must say the staff are so helpful and genuine , friendly greetings at front desk Easy transportation with the beach ride This property is immaculate, bathrooms are cleaned often , ( public ) pool areas and towels avble Thank you Bilmar staff!

The worst experience. Overpaid for a room claimed as pool view, looking at an elevator shaft. Late check in, construction everywhere. Staff tried to help but management not supporting. Not ready for customers. 400$ per night complete rip off.

The Bilmar is a quaint hotel in the heart of Treasure Island. What makes this hotel different is the outstanding service one would expect from a high price hotel. The front desk staff of Missy, Heather, and Shauna are so friendly and helpful it left me very impressed. It's a very busy time on the Gulf Beaches in March and these ladies catered to all our needs. Keep it up girls!

This hotel gives you enough towels. Has turn down service and leaves water for you. We had such lovely gals who took care of us. Alexa, Anika, Stacey,Jillian, Anna Kay and Michelle was all over the resort cleaning common spaces. This place is clean!!

"Recent family get away"

I just returned from a 5 night stay at the Bilmar, and as a first time guest I was not impressed. Check in is advertised at 4:00 pm, yet we were not able to check in our room until 5:15 pm. Nothing was offered to us for this inconvenience. We had a pool side studio, yet we faced a stairway on the front and the backside of the Thunderbird hotel on the back. The pool that was nearest to our room was crystal clear yet they would not let anyone use it. Instead they pushed all the guests to the much smaller pool at the opposite end of the hotel. It was constantly completely packed, and you could never find a lounger around the pool no matter how early you got up to get one. On the last day of our stay, the television went off at 11:30 am and would not come back on. I tried to use the phone in the room to call the front desk, but it did not work. After reaching them on my cell phone they said that they would send a maintenance man right up. As they had not shown up 5 hours later, I called again. This time they showed right up. Unfortunately the Maintenance man could not get it working and he had his boss come take a look at it. It was an issue with Spectrum, and he said that they would be out to fix it within an hour. Spectrum never showed up. Needless to say we were not happy. The on duty Manager refunded our $35 amenities fee. I am really looking for a hotel to replace my beloved Thunderbird hotel until it is rebuilt. I am not sure that this one will fit the bill. There were also issues with their on site bar and restaurant, Sloppy Joes, and I will post my review under their area
