"Avoid this hotel there are plenty more to choose from in Page"

Try and avoid. There is a very small view of the lake over the car park. The cooked breakfast was very bland and the hotel uses single use plastic from everything. One staff member was extremely rude and the rest gave the impression they couldn’t be bothered There are so many hotels to choose from in Page. Avoid this one Poor value for money

Had a wonderful stay at Best Western University Inn during our visit. We stayed there twice in a span of 2 weeks and our overall experience was very nice. The rooms are clean, spacious, and with comfortable beds. The public MTD bus transport stop is very closeby to the hotel. Breakfast is also decent. Overall good value for money!

excellent bed, comfortable pillows. Two double beds with a mid-size fridge and a microwave. Clean and modern room which inclued a full breakfast. Cold cereals, yogurt, hot chocolate, milk, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, apples, oranges, tea, coffee, all included in the price which was tremendous value compared to many other things. Stay here if you want good value and a nice clean stay.

Good hotel in a convenient location in Page. While one can see Lake Powell, since the lake's water level is so low, there is only a tiny view of the lake. The room was comfortable, but upon arrival, the floor was extremely dirty, although the staff did clean it after we alerted the front desk the next morning.

Stayed 2 nights while visiting Page. Nice view from back balcony. The room was great, bed was comfortable, a few extras. Free breakfast was good, plenty of space even when it was crowded. Just what you'd expect from a BW. Good location near 89A, plenty of parking.
