We rented a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment for 6 months (Oct 24 – March 25) while waiting for our house. Upon arrival we were handed the key and moved in. There were a few minor issues which were handled by maintenance (leaky sink/laundry and air conditioning not working). The furniture was old but in moderate condition. There were no towels in the unit but we got them from housekeeping. The stove top was chipped but worked without issue. I mentioned this to the maintenance people, but I didn’t take pictures or discuss it with the management. The elevator was out of service a number of times and the door lock failed several times. Then after checking out, I was accused of damaging the stove and charged $850 to replace it. Beware – take photos and confirm with management or you may be charged to replace items. This review would have been positive except for being very frustrated from being accused of damaging the stove and charged to replace it.

We had a brand renovated new unit with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A full kitchen with everything one needs to prepare meals. Air fryer included! The decor was absolutely beautiful and the in room laundry was greatly appreciated. A screened lanai made for a relaxing evening overlooking the pond. We’ll be back!

The two-bedroomed apartment had everything we needed and as a bonus the balcony had a view over the pool-area. Very quite at night although the pool was open until 11pm. The reception staff could have been a little more forthcoming although it was 11pm their time and 5am in our heads. To be told what block we are in is OK but after a long flight the mind is willing but the body is weak so a little more guidance would have been appreciated.

Pros: Loval at the Tiki Bar is our favorite person here! His drinks are delicious and he makes you feel right at home. Spacious 3 bedroom condo, close to Disney, wonderful pool. Cons: Fairly clean, stingy on towels and toilet paper (4 towels and 3 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people for one week), additional $125 cleaning charge we were unaware of until we checked in, TV and TV remotes didnt work. They did give us 2 additional towels and fixed the tv/remote situation. Additional toilet paper we had to purchase. We'll stay somewhere else next time.

The room was very clean and I think had been modernised. We were by the pool ground floor. Loads of room and the location was close to Disney which was great. The grounds were kept really smart. Loads of room for parking. Our only issue was the windows were quite thin which wouldn’t be an issue normally but we were next to the pool and it was quite noisy on a night with kids until around 10pm. But yeah the rest of the resort wouldn’t have that issue. Overall 5 star!

Is the outdoor pool at WorldQuest Resort heated?

Is smoking allowed?

Does WorldQuest offer shuttles to the theme parks?

Yes. Complimentary scheduled shuttle service to Disney's Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios theme parks, and Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores are available. Reservations are required at least 30 minutes in advance at the Concierge desk. Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld® shuttles are available for $5 per trip, per person. Please see the Concierge for details and schedule or call the hotel directly for more information. Shuttle schedules are available at the concierge desk upon check-in. Fees are subject to change and applicable taxes.

Does the resort have a restaurant on-site? Lounge? Café?

Yes. WorldQuest Resort offers a 24-hour, onsite market and a seasonal Tiki Bar. The Tiki Bar is open at noon.

How much are the housekeeping fees if I choose to have that option?

Daily housekeeping is not offered. WorldQuest Resort charges $75 per day plus tax for housekeeping services. However, this is an optional service for guests. There is a one-time end-of-stay cleaning fee of $75 plus taxes charged to guests upon check out. Fees are subject to change and applicable taxes.

Does the resort have accessible units/amenities?

Yes. The resort offers ADA-compliant suites outfitted with accessibility features including grab bars, visual alarms, and phone alerts, closed-captioned TV, and lowered counter heights for wheelchair accessibility.
