Fantastic staff, particularly Wendy with concierge services and Laval at the Tiki Bar. Both were outstanding. The staff, in general, were friendly, helpful, accommodating and professional. Also, great location in proximity to MCO, the Disney Parks and local attractions. Highly recommend.

World quest- Positives- The location- you cannot be beaten on the location. From Ubers or if you’re driving yourself, everything is on average 10-15 minutes from where you are. Staff- all the staff are very friendly and positive towards you. I saw them interact with other customers and have the same high level of professionalism. Pool- we never used it, but it was heated (we checked it) and the beds were lovely, they offer pool towels aswell if you need them. Rooms- this is a bit mixed. Many reviews will tell you they need updating, and yeah I would agree. That being said a two bedroom suite is more than enough room for two people, or a family of four. Shuttles- they offer shuttles to certain parks which is brilliant! We only used it once as we missed the universal one by a minute so I do recommend being there 10 minutes before. We dealt with three different women for the shuttles and each one was very kind and pleasant. They can only be booked on the day you want to use it, and they start at 7am. Most parks open at 9am so your have plenty of time. They are also helpful in getting you to the parks that aren’t shuttle offers. Air conditioning - brilliant! No complaints with that. Negative- WiFi- the WiFi isn’t the greatest. It knocks you off from time to time, you can be on TikTok or even Uber the WiFi goes. I would say it’s fine for families, or couples, but if you’re working while there it may be an issue. Thin walls- I would sadly say it’s not the best sound proofed place. Upstairs can be heard moving about, not to mention loud music at the weekend, if you have young children you may struggle during nap time, if your two adults who like a weekend nap, same thing! It’s so loud and really off putting. Cleaning/resort fee- I would love a breakdown of what exactly this cover. We paid 198 dollars for this, and we never got a cleaner, we emptied our own bins, hoovered etc. You get a little dishwater salt to use, but no anti bac spray for worktops or tables, I had to wash the bedding after a week myself and dry it and re make the bed. This was a sting as I don’t feel this was a justified fee to charge guests for this. Hotel shop- if you need stuff, then go to Walmart or target, the Uber is about 7 dollars there, and you get WiFi in the place. I know it might be the last thing you want to do, but I’m not paying 10 dollars plus tax for milk. The prices were outrageous, and 10 dollars for 2.79 milk that you get from Walmart is insane! Rooms- although I raved about the rooms, the dated decor isn’t an issue, but the rusty patio furniture, broken mirrors or the worst thing we had was the safe broken, and clearly has been broken into.

Such a great experience, from the time of check in until the time of check out. Falia was amazing at the front desk and Laval was super awesome as our bar tender at the Tiki Bar. Both were not only super friendly but fantastic at their jobs. Laval’s drinks were off the hook!

We evacuated from the West coast of Florida during hurricane Milton and needed to find a place for our family with a kitchen. Arrived later at night and checked in to the grossest 3 bedroom unit. Furniture was ancient and dirty. Huge leak in one of the bedrooms with water soaking the carpet and stove and tv not working. Moved next day to a significantly better unit that was clean and updated. My parents unit next door a little less nice but still fine. Both units also got a leak and were very wet and moldy. Their solution was a blower fan that made the room so smelly it could not be slept in. They were replacing all the locks and the locksmith entered our room by himself scaring the heck out of us. We go to Orlando every few weeks and for the price it’s fine but I would be very specific when booking. Location is very convenient to Disney.
