From accommodations to amenities to services, Summer Bay Resort has it all! The resort features a 64-acre lake with watersports, fishing, boating, and sandcastle fun. A children's waterpark, 18-hole adventure golf, bocci ball, basketball court, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and horseshoes are also on site. Planned activities for children, teens, and adults are available 7 days a week. Take advantage of the game room, fitness room, tiki bar, business center, and on-site ticket sales.

Each condo unit in Summer Bay Orlando comes with a full kitchen with a dining area, microwave, refrigerator, stove top, sink, dishwasher and more. A washer/dryer combo is also available as well as a living area.

Please note that Summer Bay Orlando by Exploria Resorts is a cashless environment. Credit card holders will be provided an Amenities Charge Card at check-in for use around the resort at food & beverage outlets and other for other on-site experiences.

The resort requires a major credit card to check in. Guest are provided the option to make a cash deposit on the account at the time of check-in and throughout the stay to further establish a guest charge account.

Fees: A Resort Fee of $30 plus tax per night, per room is due upon check in. Additionally, the resort requires a credit card at check-in for a $250 refundable deposit.

Summer Bay is under new management! I don't recall when the takeover happened, but there is a substantial change... the change was a huge step up! Our recent stay at the resort was outstanding. If you stay at the resort make sure you visit the Big Kahuna poolside bar... good food, but great atmosphere. The resort provides a free shuttle service to the Disney & Universal parks.

The resort was itself was clean and relaxing. Not sure what a night's stay would cost as we did a promotional timeshare stay which I would not recommend! It was a three hour interrogation that had my wife crying! The salesman called me a liar and all three salesman wanted to argue with me about why I didn't want to spend $35k !! There wasn't much to do, mini golf, pool etc. but close to Disney if that matters. Basically a glorified hotel. Staff was friendly. $25 for two bagels and coffee. Denny's and Publix nearby.
