The Rosen Inn International is located on International Drive amid theme parks, attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel offers complimentary scheduled transportation to area theme parks. Reservations are required for all shuttles and must be made in person at the Vacation planning center located in the lobby.

Accommodations at the Rosen Inn International are completely remodeled with new furnishings, flooring, and bedding.

This is a pet-friendly hotel, fees and policies apply. Guests will be charged a non-refundable $15 fee, per pet, per night, and per guest room. There is a maximum of two pets per guest room. Applicable taxes apply. Advance reservations are required.

Breakfast available for a fee USD 12.95 per person daily. Kids 5 and under eat free buffet breakfast or dinner when accompanied by a paid adult. (Limit one free child per adult.) Children’s price applies to ages 6-9.

Good afternoon, I wanted to share an unfortunate experience that we encountered at your hotel last evening. I realize that things can happen and if not brought to our attention they can happen again. I stayed at your hotel on 1/31 with a checkout of 2/1 for a trip my daughter and I were taking to Punta Cana through the 8th. Upon checkin on the 31st I had informed the gentleman checking me in that we attempted to secure a reservation for the 8th online but that it stated there were no rooms. He promptly checked us in and then let me know that the online reservation system does not permit bookings when the hotel is down to its final 10 rooms. He then asked if I wanted him to reserve the 8th for us of which I said yes. He completed the reservation and provided me a printed confirmation. I let him know we had a late flight into Orlando and did not expect to be arriving till around 11 at which he said no problem. Last night we arrived at the hotel and the agent stated he did not see a reservation for me. I handed him my confirmation sheet and he then replied do you have this in your email as well. I stated no I did not and he said I see what happened your reservation was cancelled as it wasn’t done online. I shared with him the above details and he said yeah I am sorry but he should not have booked you here as we don’t take reservations this way. We have five bookings that have not checked in and we are sold out. I was a bit taken back as this was not my mistake it was an employees error. He said I’m sorry there is nothing I can do but I will let a manager know to have a conversation with him. Here we were at 11pm and faced with trying to find another hotel for the night as my daughter had an early flight out. I asked him why noon thought it would be necessary upon realizing the error to contact me. He stated that noon had my information of which I relied yea you did. You had my email information from the January 31st booking. He then seemed annoyed and just wanted me to leave. Of course due to the time of night it was and occupancy limitations we spent an hour trying to find another hotel with no success. No one had rooms so we had to sleep in our car for the evening. I can not express how disappointed I was in how this was handled. Had someone just sent me an email we would have had a week to make alternative arrangements. Instead our reservation was cancelled knowing we were coming in on a late flight and we were simply left hanging at 11 pm. At the end of the day what’s done is done and my only intention with this email is to ensure that someone addresses the impact this has on your guest. Charlotte Vachon

A fair price for the hotel. Hotel staff all friendly. Mini shop is expensive, especially for large bottles of water. There is a "Walgreens" over the road. Water much cheaper there. Food in restaurant is ok. Reasonable price in there. all staff nice to talk to - BUT - the rooms are very dated. Everything works, but we kept coming across cockroaches in the bathroom. About 12 in total, throughout the 2 weeks we stayed here. Also, a couple that suddenly darted out from under the bed when we got back from a day out, and put the light on. We pulled the bed over to the side to look for them, and , well, I don't think the bed has ever been hoovered underneath. Absolutely filthy under there, including spiders webs, sweet wrappers, and so much dust. We did complain to reception, who immediately offered to move us, but we only had a couple of days to go, so just stayed there and put up with it. The beds were actually very comfortable, but never really made properly, with the sheets simply being pulled back over, when we returned from days out. swim pool and surroundings very clean. I wouldn't stay here again, due to the room being not cleaned properly. On a different note, for some reason, if you use "Lyft" , the drivers kept getting the directions slightly wrong, and trying to drop us off on the other side of the road (International Drive), rather than into the hotel on the other side. This problem didn't happen with "Uber", so I assume there map is wrong.

This is the third time staying at this hotel. Staff are very friendly,location is great and the value for money is excellent. Our room was serviced promptly every day and all public areas are clean and tidy. The breakfast was good value for money and the pool area was fit for purpose. The hotel also charges no resort fee making it better value for money.

Very comfortable room. Bed was wonderful. Bathroom was beautifully cleaned. Check in Service and Confirmation were easy to deal with. Reservations were especially nice. Why can't the airlines be this way? I'd say this made up for the lousy time I had with my airline.

I am very upset with this property!! I booked the hotel through Priceline with the filter "Has Airport Shuttle". The hotel's listing shows that they have a hotel shuttle available from the airport. When I called to ask about where to meet the shuttle for pick up, I was told that they, in fact, do not! I tried to plead with Priceline to allow a cancellation on the grounds that the ad was not truthful. The hotel denied the request. I am absolutely disgusted that they would cheat with dishonest advertising. I could have saved quite a bit on a property in the same area, had I known that they would resort to lying to secure business. Extremely dishonest!!
