Accommodations range from cozy mini-suites to two-bedroom deluxe units that sleep up to ten guests. Each suite offers practical touches like kitchenettes or full kitchens, ideal for families and longer stays. Guests enjoy the convenience of free WiFi, 24-hour front desk support, and optional pet-friendly units.

Four outdoor pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, and a game room provide on-site entertainment, while EV charging stations and free parking offer added convenience.   • Pet Policy: Pets are allowed (dogs only). Dog-Friendly Suites are available upon request with a non-refundable of $35 plus taxes per night with a 5-night maximum of $175/week deposit collected upon arrival. If applicable, a recovery fee will be charged for excessive cleaning and/or damage caused by the dog. Damages or extra cleaning will result in a $300 charge. Damages can include but are not limited to soiled or damaged linen or flooring, chewing or scratch marks on walls, doors, or window blinds, damage to electrical cords, strong pet odors, etc. Please note that the resort will allow one (1) dog with a maximum weight of 75lbs per suite. Please notify the hotel directly prior to your arrival date if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly rooms are limited. Everyone has been great from checking, to the people we interact with at the resort to asking for extra supplies and getting them quickly. The room and resort are clean and they do good up keep. There isn’t anything bad I can say even trying to be nitpicking. I’m kinda picky and this place has been great and I do not have anything bad to say at all. It’s a beautiful resort, our room is clean and perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and if it was between this location and another I would pick this one again.

There weren't really any issues. The Suite was beautiful. There was some wear and tear in the carpet in some areas, but overall it was a great suite to stay in for the week we were there.

BLUF, if you keep your expectations low, you'll enjoy your stay. The Good: Our 2-bd suite had a lot of space. The fullsize kitchen was well stocked and came with a large fridge. Our room included 2 bathrooms, great for a family of 6. Parking was free, a pleasant surprise after getting nickel and dimed at the theme parks. Location is great, close to restaurants, stores, gift shops, WDW, and 20ish minutes to Universal. The Bad: Both bathroom's showers had serious hardware issues. Either the knobs were falling off or would pull the whole shower hardware assembly away from the wall. The fold out bed needed replacing; both the metal frame and mattress were seriously distressed. Checking into the resort took a while as there was only 1 rep helping a line of customers. There are check-in kiosks which was a thoughtful touch, however some customers were reporting they weren't working correctly. The pool and spa were out of order, fortunately there are other pool/spa areas on site, but it meant driving to their other location across the street. And of course multiple times morning and evening, marijuana could be distinctly smelled in the parking lot. All in all, not a bad stay, and we'll probably return, but with low expectations.

Gosh where do I start I booked thru tui and requested a assessable bathroom I got put in a crusty suite which honestly was dirty and disgusting these are joined on to other rooms so u can literally hear the others speak word for word never ever have I encountered this before I feared for our safety the guy on the check in desk was less then helpful sniffing the whole time like he was on something the main road noise was like you was sleeping on a motor way it was so noisy there are no shop in easy walking distance The only rooms that are not joined are the two beds apartments there ok very dated but ok I had to pay more the 450 dollars to move into one of these or my diasbled daughter cudnt of washed or showered due to the height of the bath The pool had human waste in it I told the guys but it was still in there the next morning the pool by the volleyball crt the pools all looked grimy and need a good clean

I am so f....... discussed! I am pissed off at not only this place but RCI as well. RCI is allowing this place to false advertise what type of room they actually have. Through RCI, I booked this place supposedly getting a 3 bedroom that sleeps 10 people, 8 private. I get here with 9 people, check in like normal just to finally get to the room and it only has 2 bedrooms. Naturally thinking it was a mistake, I called the front desk letting them know and they are telling me that their biggest units are only two bedroom units! Of course I said "WTF" and immediately got frustrated! I took my butt back to the lobby because now I am totally confused! I get to the lobby and the first thing I do is show them my confirmed reservation thru RCI which again reads, 3 bedroom, sleeps 10, 8 private. The dumb girl at the desk (Name Rosie), admittedly tells me that they just falsely advertise as such and that they don't actually have 3 bedroom units. So now I am telling her that she needs to figure something out to accommodate us if you know its false advertisement! She is refusing trying to charge me additional fees for another unit. I then ask for a manager. She claims the manager doesn't work at night and told her directly not to call them on the middle of the night and that we have to wait for them to return at 8am. (THIS MUST OCCUR OFTEN IF A MGR IS TELLING CLERKS THIS) On top of this, RCI is also claiming the can't do anything about it until 8am as well. Currently the day is 11/8 @ 4:08am. My family is here and we all don't have a place to lay our heads! This is completely BS! To make matters worse. This is definitely not a luxury resort and probably should only be listed as 2 stars. Not 3 and half... These rooms just looks like updated motel rooms but still looks outdated. The beds are cheesy, the headboard is not even grounded or connected to the bed or wall. The couches don't look like any of there pictures on line and looks like left over furniture from the motel. The linens on the beds are cheap. I am just totally discussed and disappointed!

What is the minimum age to check in?

The reservation holder must be 21 years of age or older to check in at the resort.

Are all room type non-smoking at this resort?

All suites and guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited near the buildings and in common areas. If applicable, a room recovery fee of $500 USD may be applied to restoring the suite(s) to a smoke-free environment.

Is parking free?

Parking fees are included in the daily resort fee. Motor home, moving trucks, and boat parking are not available. Approximately two cars are permitted to park per room/suite, based on availability. Subject to change without notice.

Is housekeeping service complimentary?

Please keep in mind that Legacy Vacation Resorts do not offer daily housekeeping services. However, you may request complimentary towel and linen exchanges during your stay. Reservations that are longer than 7-nights are entitled to receive a free full-service cleaning*. *Cleanings are done Monday through Thursday and should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Please contact the resort's Front Desk team to schedule your cleaning services.
