Legacy Vacation Resorts offer accommodations to fit the needs of families of all sizes: from hotel-style guest rooms and kitchenette-equipped studios to one-, two- and two-bedroom-deluxe suites with spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchens.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed (dogs only). Dog-Friendly Suites are available upon request with a non-refundable of $35 plus taxes per night with a 5-night maximum of $175/week deposit collected upon arrival. If applicable, a recovery fee will be charged for excessive cleaning and/or damage caused by the dog. Damages or extra cleaning will result in a $300 charge. Damages can include but are not limited to soiled or damaged linen or flooring, chewing or scratch marks on walls, doors, or window blinds, damage to electrical cords, strong pet odors, etc. Please note that the resort will allow one (1) dog with a maximum weight of 75lbs per suite. Please notify the hotel directly prior to your arrival date if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly rooms are limited. All fees mentioned are subject to change without prior notice and applicable taxes.

We enjoyed our stay at the Legacy vacation resort in Kissimmee. The rooms offered plenty of space for all 6 of us and felt homey and was fully equipped for cooking etc. Very clean. Patricia was awesome. She was so friendly and professional. If you're looking for a pleasant place at the right price...consider Legacy!

We had a great time during busy Thanksgiving week. My spouse had mobility issues due to Parkinson's disease and we were with three grandchildren all below 6 years old so I requested ground floor rooms. Agent Kim at the check-in counter helped a lot to make sure that we got ground floor rooms during this busy week. She also explained the resort facilities to make sure we all enjoyed our visit.

"Good Value For the Cost"

Looking around this property, you can see the management is working hard to keep this older resort operational and functioning. Stayed two weeks in the latest remodeled unit and it was quite nice. Needed to have an extra mattress to put on top of the too thin pull out sofa. A nice addition would be a cheap Walmart full length mirror in the bedrooms for dressing. Otherwise, great place to catch some ZZ's.

"Do not stay here!!!"

Do not stay here, the office staff will over charge you on everything. I had everything printed out and handed it to them at check in, i even called to verify the amount at the desk. When we got there they had me sign a form saying 150 pet fee but, I had just been quoted 198 over the phone by their reservations line. Then the lady at the front desk tried to charge me 275. I immediately called out all the BS, said that not only did I call and get the numbers prior to showing up but you just had me sign a form stating the cost was 150. She attempted to say the form was for owners, but on the form the word "owner" is referring to the pet owner. I had to call them out on that lie. She then tried to say that dogs are only allowed to stay 5 nights at a time. Funny cause the form I signed said up to the first 7 days, then I also called prior to booking to make sure our dog was ok for our length of stay. I called her out again. I told them to contact someone to get the cost resolved because it was so unprofessional how they kept attempting to lie to me. They eventually gave me the cost for 198. I had to talk to the hotel manager the following monday, in order to get the rest resolved. He said if I had the paper I signed then they would honor that, just bring it by. I did and of course they weren't there. Not only that, they had a copy of the paper. There was never any reason to waste my time. So when the lady called to issue a refund, she tried to tell me that tax on 150 equals 198, i called BS then she put me on hold, which was interesting because she told me she couldn't do that earlier, to reconfigure the numbers. The rooms were extremely out dated nothing like the photos, the bathtub was broken, the plugs didn't work. To be honest this place is like a run down old apartment complex in a really bad part of town. Don't stay here unless you like getting ripped off and gaslit.
