Holiday Inn Melbourne Viera Hotel & Conference Center in Melbourne, FL

Beautiful hotel and room. They thought of the guest’s needs (I.e shampoo, body wash, hand soap, coffee in room). Great customer service and everything was nearby conveniently. The hotel was also very easy to find. My kids and I felt like a queen and princess/prince during our stay here. You won’t regret it.

Entire place appears to need updating… tiling in the bathroom caulking in the showers new air units walls need painting in rooms. I was glad my sheets were clean. But the staff was extremely helpful, kind, accommodating, and friendly. And I know y’all put a lot up with this past weekend a lot of children and adults but our kids had a good time playing wiffleball out front and then throwing football after that in the drive-through. Thanks for being patient with all of us.

My room was not a bad one, beds were comfortable and it was a decent hotel. It needs some updating and some of the rooms our friends were in were bad. They had a smell, rust on lamps, doors and on the floor. Once updated, I would not mind staying again.

Great service! Rachel at the front desk was absolutely amazing, she was so accommodating for our needs that morning after a long night of work and dealing with other hotels canceling our reservations for cruise ship guests. I can't be more greatful for her gettin us somewhere to lay our heads down.

I really want to express my disappointment following my recent stay at this hotel. Upon checking in, I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor, which had a musty odor and visible stains on the carpet, along with black mold present in baseboard all around the room (I was shocked when seeing this). After bringing this to the attention of the front desk, I was moved to a room on the 4th floor, but unfortunately, the conditions were similar. The overall state of the rooms and furniture appeared very old and in dire need of updates. The bed was uncomfortable and sunken in the middle, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. Additionally, the breakfast provided was mediocre, and the voucher menu offered was not appetizing. It's not self-serving. The dine-in area is a joke and not inviting at all to stay (and I really have average expectations). Many families, including ours, chose to stay at your hotel due to our participation in a nearby soccer tournament. It was disheartening to see several families check out immediately after arriving at the lobby and going to other nearby hotels, which is a clear indication of the issues we faced. I am truly puzzled by the positive reviews this hotel has received, as my experience did not align with the expectations set by the images on their website and reviews here. I really hope this feedback helps improve the conditions for future guests or to warn you to find better alternative hotels.
