Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista in Orlando, FL

Great location. It was so close to several restaurants and entertainment sites. Clean and like the breakfast. My children enjoyed the stay as well. Definitely will be planning another visit and will see if room at this location is available.

Hotel was clean same as the rooms. The deskfront people were nice and support us everytime we need it. The only recommendation will be to increase the quantity of food for breakfast, since they were some days that there were not enough for all the people that are in the Hotel.

We really liked the king bed with bunk bed option that this hotel offers. However, this hotel is not very well maintained. Our room had a large sticky stain on the carpet by the door and the shower had many cracks and poorly patched holes. Our lamps were rusty and the drawers in the dressers were mostly broken. The sheet on the king bed was too small so it didn’t stay on the bed. The AC worked well though. We have stayed here a few times because it was one of the few hotels in the area that didn’t charge an additional fee for parking but now that they are charging for parking we likely won’t be back. If I am paying for parking then I expect an actual parking lot and not to try to find a random place by a dumpster behind a strip mall. It felt unsafe to park there and to walk back to the hotel at night. Also, the breakfast offerings were not as good as other hotels in the area and breakfast cuts off earlier than other hotels. They say it stops at 9:30am but by 9am the employees have already closed the doors. There were no cereals that kids would prefer (only Cheerios, Frosted Flakes, and Raisin Bran). The milk fridge was always empty of milk and yogurt. Just an empty fridge. The breakfast each day is always wet eggs, sausage and if you are lucky, white toast. We have stayed here 3 times and it’s always the same offerings and empty fridge. Green bananas and apples plus make your own waffles. We stayed here for the pricing but now that it’s comparable to other hotels in the area in pricing with parking, we will go to another hotel in the area next time with better maintenance, a safer parking lot, and better breakfast assortment that actually ends at 9:30am. This place is not terrible, but there are definitely better options in the area for this price point.

Good hotel for its cost, with good location. Services well done, attentive staff with good cleaning service. Free parking, at least until 2024. I recommend since it’s a good option if you want to balance between comfort, convenience and costs.
