Kaina was the best. I had a few questions about the hotel. I watched her help two other guests. She was polite and kept a smile on her face. When it was my turn, she kept it up. Had a big smile, was super sweet, and was able to answer all my questions.

Nice option across the street from Universal so you can leave your car and walk to and from the park. It takes about 15 -20 minutes to walk. The problem with this hotel every time we go is the check in process. I am a Hilton Diamond member and check in on the app. I have never gotten a digital key before 5pm. Usually, I get to the hotel and have to stand in a ridiculously long line to get a physical key. The rooms are never cleaned by the check in time and there are only two people working at the check in desks. Especially on a Saturday, why only two people? That is crazy. There were twenty people in line when I went on December 7. I got in line and 3:15 and got to the desk at 4pm for them to just make me a key. What is the deal with no digital key until you ask? To whole point is to not have to stand in a long line for 45 minutes.

Carlos was excellent. Fantastic service after my future father in law and I nearly broke our necks walking into a cold store. Very excellent care with our bag handling and very polite. Room was very clean and had some good cookies! Front desk was also very nice!

Such a nice customer service lady (Leah) couldn’t stop talking to that amazing woman! She made the whole trip worth it! 10/10 she was so awesome and so cool and the hotel was pretty cool too. I guess they had a really amazing pool and it was really nice.
