"Best first stay at Disney!"

First trip to Disney as an adult (previous trip ages 11 years old- now 30!) and Pop was the best hotel for us- access to the sky liner is amazing! Even when the queue looks long, it’s the best way to get to the parks in my opinion! Busses come very regularly especially in the morning/park open and close. Hotel was clean, rooms were a great size for the 2 of us, only complaint would be the food hall closing at 11pm as it would be nice to have access following fire works/late night at the parks. Uber to universal was $27 and to SeaWorld $25. Will defo be back!

I absolutely loved staying at this resort. I was travelling with friends who were staying at other Disney resorts so was staying at Pop on my own. I loved my room. The bed was so very comfortable. I will say it was quite noisy as the room had an adjoining door and one night my neighbours were very noisy until very late and I did have to call the hotel reception around 4am. The situation was handled very promptly and efficiently. The room facilities were perfect for me. I do love my joffreys coffee. Pop century resort is really perfect with all the amenities you would expect from a value resort. The hippy dippy pool was the one I used. Could have had more umbrellas to she,tea from the hot Florida sun. Almost all the staff at the resort were fantastic. Although I did encounter a couple of unhelpful ladies at Petals bar one morning while trying to purchase breakfast. I appreciate they had had a challenging morning because their systems went down. But it’s the way these situations are handled that count. I had some Disney dollars/gift card money to spend as part of my stay that required to used towards food and or drink. Due to the system being down I couldn’t use the remaining balance which was very annoying and the ladies were a little rude. I had a refillable cup which I would highly recommend. One issue had was anytime I tried to get a refill at petals bar no matter what time of the day I tried the Coca Cola was empty. This was over a 13 night stay. That was disappointing as I was paying for a service and the queue for refills in the main building were often quite lengthy. This may have been due to the construction work going on at the time in the dining area. It was all mobile order at the time of my stay. The skyliner queue especially in the morning could be very long. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at pop century and would love to return one day.

Heard such great things about this resort. As passholders, we've stayed at a variety of Disney resorts over the years. Decided to try this based on the reviews and the access to the skyliner. Turns out the skyliner was the best part of the stay. The room was fairly small and had a murphy bed as the secondary sleep option. The primary bed was a mattress on a platform and it squeaked and groaned every time you would move or try to roll over, waking your sleeping partner. On top of that, we had a family that sounded like a herd of elephants overhead. We are early to rise and in the parks all day, then retreat to the room to relax and go to sleep around 10:00. The people above us would come back around 11:30-midnight, walk loudly around the room and all take showers which made a fairly loud whistling noise while the water was running. Could hear every time a toilet flushed too. Way too much shared noise between rooms. Needless to say that we didn't sleep well at all, which isn't a good thing at Disney. Was also surprised that housekeeping is only every other day and with taking showers every night we really went through towels and the small wastebaskets began to overflow. I really hate to pile on and complain but the food in the cafeteria was really pretty awful too. Not a lot of choices and definitely sub-par for Disney. Everything is also quite spread out so if you don't want to do a lot of walking after a day in the parks, it really can't be avoided. The theming is cute and the staff we interacted with were great. But it just isn't the resort for us. Just wanted others to be aware in case your needs are similar to ours.

We stayed here in 2023 for our honeymoon! Absolutely amazing. All the staff were fantastic. They couldn't do enough for us. Disney also provided us with $600 Disney Dollars to spend on food and drinks during our 14 day stay. We will 100% be returning to Pop Century very soon. The rooms were very large, transport was brilliant. The food and the kitchen staff were great. Check in was very quick. Easy to get to in terms of the parks and shopping outside of Disney. Honesty the best holiday I've ever been on hands down!

The actual looked amazing. However, you can only get to ecpot and Hollywood from the skyliner, which can make people nervous. Another problem I have is there are so many different buildings it's amazing. Amazing how easy it is to get lost, that is. The food was decent. Overall, the rooms were great, but the bathroom clogged easily, not sure why. I had a great time but it could definitely be a lot better.
