4 night stay UK family of 3, inc 2 teenage boys. Stayed many times in Orlando. There is no ‘best’ location in my opinion as you have to drive everywhere anyway. But this was ideal next to freeway with plenty of restaurants nearby. 10 mins to Disney, 30 to Universal. GREAT price for what you get! Loved the amenities on site. 2 pools, one with slide for kids and 2 hot tubs. Cool outdoor chill out area with sofas next to pool bar. Loved the Starbucks with food options. Hotel give you $25 credit each day to spend which is a sweet benefit. Comfy beds, large clean room. Parking. They do charge $25 a night but speaking to other guests they had this included in the price so best to query at check in, otherwise park at next door lot for free. 10 nights Florida road trip, ask the kids what there highlight was and they said this hotel😀!

I stayed for 3 nights from during the Presidents Day weekend in 2025 and the bed was infested with bed bugs. Tried to report this multiple times and I was provided with a warm and sugar coated indifference. The seemingly low prices is a trap for weeks of rash all over your body.

"Deceptive Advertising, Poor Management"

We are Florida residents and Disney passholders and drive down at least monthly to stay the weekend. This property has potential, ii has a great location, but is advertised deceptively and mismanaged. Here's some examples: 1) The battery on our room door lock failed so the key card wouldn't work. We waited over two hour (yes, 2 HOURS) to to get in our room, as the keycard wouldn't work. Ironically, the party directly across hall l was having the exact same problem, sitting on the floor, waiting for maintenance to come fix the problem. Why don't they proactively change ALL the batteries on all the door locks so they don't inconvenience guests? Instead, they wait until a guest gets angry, then scramble to fix an emergency. 2) The line to check in at 10:00pm was over an hour. Why don't they print check-in packets in advance--they know the guests are arriving, why not be prepared? 3) The pool closes at 10pm? Why? People are on vacation and it costs the hotel nothing to let people enjoy the pool after they return from Disney. They charge a 'resort' fee, but fail to let people enjoy the resort. 4) The breakfast facility is nice, but the food is about the quality of a Fairfield Inn. I had higher expectations, I'm afraid. 5) The parking fee of $28.00 is excessive and dishonestly sprung on unsuspecting travelers. In addition to the 'resort' fee, you wind up spending over $50/night on fees without any increased value. 6) The shuttle frequency and timing to Disney parks is shameful. Do people want to wait until 11:00 to take the 'only' shuttle to Epcot? They advertise a shuttle, but declined to tell you that it's not a continuous shuttle. As a lifetime Marriott Gold member, I've stayed over 1000 nights at Marriott properties. Unfortunately, this property didn't meet expectations.

"10 night stay"
TripAdvisor user rating 4.0 out of 5

We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights, we had a newly renovated room in the Cove wing of the hotel, our room was cleaned every day and we had fresh towels every day. The only issue we had with the room is the air conditioning unit is extremely loud, luckily it wasn't too hot in the nights that we needed to have it on but I would imagine in the summertime it would be a nightmare to sleep with it on all night. We didn't use the facilities at the hotel but upon check out I had a bill of $28 for a breakfast we didn't have. I spoke to reception about this and they have issued a refund and have given me a receipt for the refund. I did notice the sticky pad that she was writing the details of the refund on had a lot of other similar notes written on them regarding refunds and unexpected charges so it's clear this is a common issue. We used virgin holidays so had free parking and no other fees added to expect when we checked in. The abandoned hotel behind didn't phase us as we've seen it many times on our previous trips to Florida. We would recommend this hotel but we have said we wouldn't stay here again only reason being we usually book gated community condo's when we travel with our teenage children but as this was a trip for just me and the wife we chose a hotel but have agreed we prefer the privacy of a condo and the fact you get a full kitchen in a condo which again we prefer as we like to cook our own food instead of eating out all the time. This is nothing against this hotel it's just what we prefer.

"Misleading photos. Would not recommend."
TripAdvisor user rating 2.0 out of 5

The photos make this hotel appear much better than it is. The recent renovation appears to have been 99% lobby/bar/pool and at a push 1% spent across all of the rooms. The air conditioning is horrendously noisy. It’s was like sleeping next to a generator constantly switching on and off with a loud bang every 10 minutes. Impossible to sleep with this on and it was very hot up on the 8th floor. Rooms are very tired. They’ve had a lick of paint haphazardly applied but otherwise very run down and off putting. Broken floor tile in front of the basin which had to be kept covered over with a towel to stop the children cutting their feet on it. We briefly stopped in another room due to an error with checking us in and this room was even more tired with the fridge cupboard door hanging off. Housekeeping very inconsistent - sometimes no fresh towels or not enough, hand soap removed and not replaced, not enough toilet paper, sometimes bottles of water left but more often than not they just didn’t bother. Bins often left unemptied despite housekeeping accessing the room to make the beds. Hotel overrun with teenagers from a nearby competition who were extremely noisy and chaotic (as you’d expect from teenagers) - screaming and slamming doors in the early hours - total mismanagement to allow that many groups in the hotel at once. The lobby was just like an airport terminal day after day for over a week. We witnessed a family arrive to check in and be turned away as the hotel had overbooked. Reception desk mostly inaccessible due to the huge queues and when time was spent queuing up to ask a question (this could take up to 30 mins), the receptionists were nothing but rude. Location isn’t the best with derelict hotel next door. Uber/Lyft was anywhere between $12-20 to get to Disney depending on the time of day. The only redeeming features of this hotel was the breakfast which was fresh and the staff were really lovely. But a bit pricey at $22 per adult. WiFi was reliable. Please don’t be fooled by the nice looking photos.
