"Lack of water in washroom faucet"

The tap in the wash room had but a trickle of water. That was disappointing. I asked he it to be look at but am not sure they did. When we gat there the first day we were given a room on the 4th floor but the elevator did not work properly so we opted for a room on 1st floor.

Great staff, very friendly and happy. Room was adequate, basic, needs carpeting upgrade. Breakfast was awful, bananas were old and half rotten. Eggs were cold, sweet roll was hard and stale. I think the 200 character minimum is silly, so here goes.................................................

During our stay, we encountered several issues with our accommodations. In the first room we checked into, the door wouldn’t lock. Maintenance responded quickly and attempted to fix it, but ultimately we had to move to a different room. We had to store our belongings in a closet and wait several hours for housekeeping to clean the new room. We were placed in a handicapped-accessible room, which was acceptable, but unfortunately, the shower head did not work. By that time, we were too exhausted to request another room. Overall, while the staff was quick to respond and polite, they did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience we experienced.

This is a very convenient location. The staff (front desk, breakfast attendant, ànd housekeeping) was very pleasant. However, the rest of the experience was somewhat lacking. I found much of the furnishing and decor shabby, outdated, and in various stages of disrepair. Even one of my towels was holy and threadbare. The bathtub was discolored and the door hinges were rusted. Standard complimentary room amenities wher absent such as lotion, facial tissues, a hair dryer, iron and ironi g board, note pad, and pen. Lastly, I felt that the weeks breakfast buffet was very short 6 -9 AM. The beverage despenser was also out of order. Another plus was the room rate. It was very reasonable. I guess the old adage "You get what you pay for." Is true.

Room was spacious and manager was cordial The hotel is located right off the I-4 which made it easy to get to places in and around Orlando I would highly recommend the venue based upon its location and convenience to the attractions The breakfast was okay They do need to manage the food better when stuff runs out
