"Fantastic facility at a great price"

This place is an absolute gem, I’ll outline the positives and negatives now: Positives - Fantastic location, really close to Universal, Disney parks and discovery cove. The food is good quality and reasonably priced. I would recommend taking the B&B option when you book as this will save you even more. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. Our server Jill Osborne was especially helpful with our son who has serious food allergies. The beds are comfy, the hotel is very clean, and the a/c in the rooms is a treat after a day in the heat (this is coming from a British guy who is definitely not used to Florida weather, haha). The pool did look really good as well, but we didn’t get around to using it. The hotel bar has a really nice selection of cocktails and bar food. If you did want to head out, there’s a really nice Irish bar called Kitty O’Shea’s just down the road. Negatives - If I had to pick any negatives at all, it would be that the free coaches to the parks aren’t scheduled to get you there in time for when the park opens, and the pick up times are either really early or really late, so you do lose a little bit of time if you use the coaches. We did end up using a lot of Ubers to and from the parks, which ranged from $15-30 based on an Uber XL. Also, the rooms on our side of the hotel looked a bit dated, but as I said before, they are clean, reasonably spacious, the beds are really good, and the a/c works. All in all, I would 100% recommend this place, my family and I loved it :)

"Easter Brunch 2025 NOT worth the money ( that they did NOT put into it! )"
TripAdvisor user rating 2.0 out of 5
Reviewed April 20, 2025 NEW
This review is for their Easter Brunch only. I chose this one to go to as it listed beef and ham as 2 of the meats ( as well as chicken, salmon(?) and also sausage patties and links. Was QUITE disappointing , to say the least, ESP since on a pre-paid cheaper price, it was almost 50.00 per head, and even MORE if not pre-paid. . The ham was an overcooked spiral sliced ham, sitting out in a chafing dish. Spiral sliced ham is already fairly dry just given that all the surface area is exposed to air, so it lost it's moisture to start. Then separating the slices and leaving out in a chafing dish just turned it into chewy dry meat. No moisture at all left in it..knife was shaking the table trying to cut a bite off from it, as it also did it for the beef. A CARVING STATION , paying 1 person for 4 hours, so 80 bucks, would have made ALL the difference ! Meat would have been moist, delicious , not dry! And at those prices, that is less than what just 2 people paid to get in. Beef was also pre-sliced and in a chafing dish. A cheaper cut of beef was used as well, tougher cut , and in a chafing dish drying out even more, so dry as an overcooked pork loin would be.. The problem is the " meat" or center stage as the entree , is the STAR of the meal. The sides are there to ENHANCE the entree , and NOT to try to pull it back up to make the dinner better. By choosing to save the cost of a meat carving station person, when you are charging $ 50.00 to over $ 60.00 a head , you are letting the patron down The " candy bar" was mini packs of Skittles and m&m's. So not a "Bar. " Not to be mean, but you basically lowered your standard to where it would have been better off buying lunch at Cracker Barrel or even Golden Coral, as they actually have a much better quality food for a much better price. Such a shame! They were REALLY trying with what SMALL budget was allowed to them, but NOT for a room full of people that paid 50.00 per person, pre-paid, even MORE if not pre-paid ... But a wonderful wait staff! The " Easter Bunny" was very cute and the kids were really enjoying her ! And we enjoyed watching the kids! This was EASTER BRUNCH, so expectations are going to be much higher than a Golden Coral buffet The decor also was " sweet",as they "trying again" but again, put a little more money into it with FRESH flowers if nothing else, instead of all The Dollar Tree choices for plastic and styrofoam eggs and flowers ..you could tell they tried with what they had, but it would have been EVER so much better with a few dollars more put into the brunch, esp as it was so expensive to start per person, and room was full and running for 4 hours . Again, helpful suggested meant here, not trying to tear you down. But it was greatly disappointing, and, in our opinion, a waste of our money.

"Beware of Bedbugs"
TripAdvisor user rating 4.0 out of 5
Reviewed April 09, 2025 NEW
The stay at the hotel was good. Staff was nice and helpful. Accommodation are decent. The hotel is conveniently located by Disney Springs, the outlets and Disney world..The only issue my husband and I had was coming home with bedbug bites all over our body. The hotel needs to do a better job of cleaning and inspection of their rooms. This experience ruined our overall experience with the hotel. I wouldn’t book with them again.

"The essence of great hospitality"
TripAdvisor user rating 5.0 out of 5
Reviewed April 08, 2025 NEW
After visiting Rosen Inn for the 8’th time in 3 years as a group leader for motorcycle tours in the US - I have to give the hotel a 5***** recommendation. It’s like a small village. Buildings, parking, the extremely well maintained garden all blend in and leaves behind a feeling of a kind and very safe place to stay. Rooms are nice and easily accessible. This time I have a room with wooden floor. A good investment instead of carpets. The restaurant however is a chapter of its own. I have only experience with the morning buffet. The team I meet there are more or less becoming “kind of family“. They create a very special and positive atmosphere. All including Jill with her many years in the restaurant, Patty with whom I share the interest of bikes, and of course Tanya with her smile and positivity. But also “the new guy” - forgot his name. (Black haired). And with Jennifer behind the buffet you can be sure that the food is handled correctly- with a big smile. Maritza (?) from Puerto Rico gives all the right answers whenever I have a question. All of these people create the ambience that’s unbeatable for your competitors. We will never consider changing to another hotel as long as you continue in the same path as now. Best wishes Anders, Road Captain Harleys Denmark
