"Not at all what I expected"

This was a Christmas gift for my kids who have been here before in the summer and loved the outdoor area. Unforgettable this was not the experience we had. When we first got to the room the toilet didn’t flush we had to go find maintenance for assistance. We then went to the arcade, pool and had dinner. Naturally after that we were ready to shower. My youngest went first and noticed small hairs all over the wash rags. I sent my teen to the front to ask for more wash clothes. They told her they didn’t have any and would try to look for some. I then walked to the front with the wash clothes in hand that looked to have pubic hair on it and was told oh just throw that away. Magically they pulled out new ones from a closet after I told them either get us new wash clothes or refund me my money and we will shower at home. All the money spent in this hotel with such tiny rooms the least they could do is accommodate the ones paying these prices. I will never again book at this hotel.

"Overrated, poor service and rooms are not up to par."

The room was dusty, the stressed were stained and exposed. The phone did not work and the wifi was terrible on top of the fact we had to walk to the lobby to ask for the password as it is not provided upon checking in and service in the building was terrible. We were not given the room we reserved and were told there was nothing else available so we had no choice but to deal with it.

I was really unimpressed with this hotel. The appearance of it was rough and it looked like there were construction projects that had been left mid-way through in the hallways. There was no microwave in the room, which made it difficult to warm up any food we pre-made and brought for our daughter who has dietery restrictions. For a convention center, I was surprised at how little staff they had available. When I did need to reach out for help, 3 out of the 4 times I reached out, they were rude and impatient. We also were over charged for breakfast, which was sup-par. There were a lot of options, but for the price, we were disappointed with the quality of the preparation. Nothing was fresh, the meat and eggs were dried out, the fruit wasn't ripe, and the hashbrowns were a soggy mess. The best part was probably the pool.

Nice,quiet hotel.Close to outlets and restaurants.Would visit again.Has indoor swimming pool and is a very clean hotel.Right across the street from Dutch Wonderland.Ouick check in and check out.Near alot of attractions.Kid friendly.

Hotel is out of date Dirty Shabby Staff were not kind and not helpful No water in the room No water in the conference hall The cost of our banquet was outrageous and they only served mashed potatoes and nachos I really would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel
