Beautiful hotel with amazing and friendly staff. Our dance studio competition team and family members have spent the last two weekends here and we loved it. Amazing connected theater, lots of meeting and banquet rooms, pools, gym, arcades, everything! Well be back! The Dance Company Family!

I attended a large event at this property. The hotel was completely under-staffed and the overall service suffered greatly. The hotel has serviced this event for many years so it was well familiar with what was needed to staff it to ensure adequate service.

"Family friendly hotel"

I recently stayed at the Wyndham Lancaster Resort and Convention Center with my family, and it was a fantastic choice for a kid-friendly getaway. The resort offers plenty of activities for children, including an indoor pool, a game room, and spacious outdoor areas to explore. The staff were welcoming and attentive to families, making sure our kids felt right at home. It's a great spot for families looking to enjoy a relaxing stay while keeping the little ones entertained. Highly recommend for a family vacation!

"Not at all what I expected"

This was a Christmas gift for my kids who have been here before in the summer and loved the outdoor area. Unforgettable this was not the experience we had. When we first got to the room the toilet didn’t flush we had to go find maintenance for assistance. We then went to the arcade, pool and had dinner. Naturally after that we were ready to shower. My youngest went first and noticed small hairs all over the wash rags. I sent my teen to the front to ask for more wash clothes. They told her they didn’t have any and would try to look for some. I then walked to the front with the wash clothes in hand that looked to have pubic hair on it and was told oh just throw that away. Magically they pulled out new ones from a closet after I told them either get us new wash clothes or refund me my money and we will shower at home. All the money spent in this hotel with such tiny rooms the least they could do is accommodate the ones paying these prices. I will never again book at this hotel.

"Overrated, poor service and rooms are not up to par."

The room was dusty, the stressed were stained and exposed. The phone did not work and the wifi was terrible on top of the fact we had to walk to the lobby to ask for the password as it is not provided upon checking in and service in the building was terrible. We were not given the room we reserved and were told there was nothing else available so we had no choice but to deal with it.
