"Not impressed."

I was really unimpressed with this hotel. The appearance of it was rough and it looked like there were construction projects that had been left mid-way through in the hallways. There was no microwave in the room, which made it difficult to warm up any food we pre-made and brought for our daughter who has dietery restrictions. For a convention center, I was surprised at how little staff they had available. When I did need to reach out for help, 3 out of the 4 times I reached out, they were rude and impatient. We also were over charged for breakfast, which was sup-par. There were a lot of options, but for the price, we were disappointed with the quality of the preparation. Nothing was fresh, the meat and eggs were dried out, the fruit wasn't ripe, and the hashbrowns were a soggy mess. The best part was probably the pool.

Nice,quiet hotel.Close to outlets and restaurants.Would visit again.Has indoor swimming pool and is a very clean hotel.Right across the street from Dutch Wonderland.Ouick check in and check out.Near alot of attractions.Kid friendly.

Hotel is out of date Dirty Shabby Staff were not kind and not helpful No water in the room No water in the conference hall The cost of our banquet was outrageous and they only served mashed potatoes and nachos I really would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel

"LOOK ELSEWHERE, NOT AS ADVERTISED"

Don’t count on the coffee shop or restaurant being open even though they advertise having them. Nothing like having to go out early in the morning to go find a cup of decent coffee. Unless there’s a convention going on normal amenities that you would expect won’t be available. You’d think an urn of coffee for guests in the lobby wouldn’t be too much to ask but I did ask and was told NO NEVER AGAIN

"Mediocre for the price."

Beds too soft, pillows are strange balloon like things. Food is mediocre. I've stayed here for years for this convention and it has gone down hill. Not worth the price anymore but for our event, it is the most convenient unfortunately. The staff are nice it's just the quality that is disappointing.
