Always a great stay in a great city! Staff is very professional and personable. The hotel is older but very well kept up. Very fast check-in and check-out. Susanne and Shannon are so pleasant to work with. All the staff are so pleasant and accommodating.

Beautiful impressive atrium lobby with glass elevators, water features, statues, and mosaic floors. Lots of attention to detail. Lobby bar is an inviting spot to have a pre-dinner drink or an end of night nightcap. Would appreciate it being open a bit later. Reception, valet, and bar staff were all efficient, helpful, and pleasant. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were maybe a bit dated - but in a charming way, and were comfortable and spacious. We would appreciate having complimentary bottles of water provided in the room. I agree that it is a pain that the only option is to pay for expensive valet parking or go find a parking garage yourself. But the valets were quick and efficient and did a good job. We didn’t use the indoor pool - but it looked nice. Great location - just across the road from the very charming Bricktown and all its restaurants and bars. While it was only a 2 minute walk to Bricktown, we did have to walk under an overpass bridge - which was dark and creepy and felt a bit unsafe. They really need to put some lights along that walkway. I was with my husband and our adult son, but don’t know if I would have felt safe walking through there alone at night. Beautiful hotel in a great location, we would be happy to stay here again.

Stayed here for a couple days and it was good for the price I guess. *Shelby William Jones* drove my car and didn't crash so that's cool I guess. The rooms were very old but other than that it was good I guess. The valets were friendly I guess. Not much else to end i guess it was a pretty run of the mill I guess.
