The hotel room was really clean, which I really appreciate. The check in was a breeze, due to the front desk friendly employees. I loved the black out shades on the windows. I slept like a baby. There is a Panera restaurant right next to the hotel, which is a major plus. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

"Abhorrent Hospitality Experience that Turned a Vacation into a Nightmare"
TripAdvisor user rating 1.0 out of 5

I'm not one for embellishment, so I'll get straight to the point. Your hotel failed to live up to even the lowest standards of hospitality. In fact, I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me. From the days before we graced this eyesore, we were plagued with issues. You would think that a manager's offer of free parking and a suite upgrade could redeem a disastrous first impression. What we encountered upon arrival, sadly, was far from redemption. Your staff questioned my integrity, pointedly accusing me of dishonesty, which was nothing short of reprehensible. It took the interference of my travel agent to rectify this herculean misunderstanding—only to have us shoved into a room that reeked abysmally and was ungodly loud. A new room, a dinner outing, and we foolishly thought we could expect a peaceful night. Instead, the hellish soundtrack of a makeshift upstairs circus turned insomnia into our only reprieve. Our alarm clock? The grating cacophony of rolling carts on cement at an ungodly hour of 8 am. Your hotel boasts a kitchen, a seemingly redeeming quality. How does one eat breakfast without forks, you might wonder? I certainly did, and was informed that providing forks was not the hotel’s responsibility. While I appreciate this sudden commitment to minimalism, it was puzzling given the existing cornucopia of dishes, cups, cooking utensils, dirty pots, a sponge, and soap. Attempting to relax in front of the TV was a futile endeavor due to a non-functioning bracket and a sad distance from the bed. Using the AC only added to the auditory torture. Bathroom amenities were no better. The shower offered the water pressure of a lethargic snail, forcing me to finish washing my hair in the sink. My attempt to bathe my daughter was thwarted by a missing water stopper. We presumed returning from our daytime outing would at least mean a clean room. Your staff never fails to surprise - our room was untouched. When clean towels were requested, they simply brought them and left the pile of wet, dirty ones. Your lack of transparency over parking costs was just the cherry on top of this disaster cake. A whopping $20 a day, not stated on the website. Endearing, isn't it? In conclusion, the total failure of your establishment to provide a comforting, clean, and overall satisfactory experience has led us to consider cutting our losses and leaving. Unsurprisingly, your hotel has succeeded in turning a potentially enjoyable trip into an absolute nightmare.

The 20 dollar parking was a surprise and even as a platinum member i couldn't get a late check out. The parking was extremely tight and I have a small vehicle. They also had no wiring ice machine i walked all the floors. The bed was really stiff and wasnt comfortable.

"Roach problem!!"

I arrived at the hotel late at night, and as soon as I went to the bathroom, I saw something move. It was a small cockroach. I looked around and noticed more tiny cockroaches crawling on the floor. I even found a few under the bed. I think I found more than ten in total. Although I switched rooms, I still felt uncomfortable and uneasy. I couldn’t relax at all. I wanted to change hotels, but it was too late to do so. I’ve stayed at many hotels before, but this is the first time I’ve encountered bugs.

"1 night stay"

I stayed 1 night after I attended the Kelsea Ballerini concert at the Pechanga Arena. It was a short drive to the arena. There were a few fast food options post concert. It was pretty noisy when I got back from the concert. I didn’t really sleep much. The Check in process was not the easiest as I had to get out of my vehicle to go into the front office and then get back into my vehicle due to the lack of sidewalk access throughout the hotel complex. However the check out process was easier as I could do it electronically from my phone without having to go to the front office again.
