Westgate Branson Woods Resort offers a pet-friendly retreat, ideal for leisure trips and family adventures. Located just a 30-minute walk from The Promised Land Zoo and Hamners' Variety Theater, and close to Silver Dollar City, this resort makes it easy to explore nearby attractions.

Enjoy amenities like indoor and outdoor pools, an on-site restaurant, and a fitness center. A 24-hour front desk, concierge services, tour and ticket assistance, and luggage storage add convenience to your stay. For business needs, four indoor event spaces are available.

Create family memories with on-site activities, including mini-golf, basketball, volleyball, ping-pong, shuffleboard, horseshoes, foosball, and hiking trails. Additional options include a game room and an outdoor playground.

Traditional guest rooms come equipped with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer, and iron & ironing board. For more space and upgraded amenities, choose a spacious villa with a kitchenette and ceiling fan. Select villas even offer a washer and dryer, a fireplace, and a balcony or patio.

Minimum age to check-in: The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old to check in with a matching, valid, government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Parking: Self-parking is complimentary to all registered hotel guests.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed. The pet fee is USD 150 per night. Maximum of 2 pets (dogs only) per room and a combined weight limit of 60 pounds. The dogs can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Please notify the hotel directly prior to your arrival date if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly rooms are limited.

It's hard to be too critical when we booked through an employee discount website and the room was super cheap. I guess you get what you pay for! If I were a time share owner and this was the room I got though, I would be highly upset. The resort is set up with cabins and "lodges" that are essentially small motel type buildings. Our room was in one of the lodge buildings. The room had two queen beds and a small table with two chairs. It was small but workable as far as layout. There was really nothing special about this room. Reminded me of a Motel 6 or something similar. This is a non-smoking resort however our bathroom reeked of smoke every time we took a shower or had the fan on. The staff did use an air purifier in the room when we reported this which helped a ton. The walls were super thin. I could hear every conversation our neighbors had and they were not being loud. There was one large window that only had wood blinds (no curtains). This let a lot of light into the room and we are used to blackout curtains so we were not a fan of blinds only. The indoor pool was in a separate building. It was too cold to be walking back to our lodge in wet swimsuits and such so we would have had to drive over to use that facility. That was a major bummer for us because we love to swim and having to drive to a separate building was inconvenient. There is a small marketplace on site to get coffee and some premade food but no restaurants on site as far as we could tell. The concierge did try to get us to attend a free breakfast with a tour of the resort which was basically a sales pitch including a $100 Visa gift card. They wanted a $20 deposit to insure we attended. Since we really were not wanting to hear the sales pitch (this was even before we saw the room) we passed on the breakfast. Branson was a lot of fun for us so we do plan to return sometime soon to do some of things we didn't have a chance to do this visit. We will just choose to stay somewhere else.

The rooms are clean and nice,but the beds sorry we didn't think they were comfortable at all little hard for us. We didn't care for the resort ,like we thought, but if you have kid's . It be great Their's no place to eat, like a restaurant with all kinds of food. Not fan of pizza and quick food's. The rooms don't even have creamer or sugar for ur coffee in the room. This was something we wanted to try,because we just love Top of The Rock and Dog Wood Cannon ,they both have fantastic restaurants..

The area is absolutely beautiful we like that it was an enclosed community, the beds were wonderful the fireplace added a little Heat and beauty, we ate here most the time saved a lot of dollars so we could attend a lot of shows! We will definitely stay again.

Westgate Branson Woods Management, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the accommodations and services during our recent stay at your resort from Saturday, November 23, 2024, through Saturday, November 30, 2024. We were booked in a studio room, but the experience fell far below our expectations, and there are several issues we wish to bring to your attention. Firstly, the room was poorly equipped with only two place settings of dishes and no dishwasher or dish drainer. Moreover, there were no appliances available for cooking, which we believe should be standard, even in a studio. The lack of basic amenities made our stay quite inconvenient. Secondly, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The floors were filthy, particularly in areas beneath the limited furniture. This suggests a lack of thorough cleaning and attention to detail. Additionally, the internet service was extremely unreliable. We were repeatedly disconnected, approximately 20 times an hour, which severely impacted our ability to work remotely. In the evenings, we struggled to use our Fire Stick for entertainment due to the poor connectivity. Overall, the outdated facilities and limited amenities, coupled with subpar service, have led us to conclude that we cannot recommend Westgate Branson Woods to others. We hope that you will take these concerns seriously and make the necessary improvements to enhance the guest experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

"New year, old Problems"

We decided to go three days ahead of scheduled time, Got put in the 3000 building very run down from last year. Spilled water on the living room floor, wiped it up with paper towel, could not believe how dirty the floor was. need to back up a little, we spent 30 minutes outside waiting on three sets of keys that did not open the door. We went to hear the update knowing there would be a sales pitch. I told the young guy we owned five weeks and were not supposed to be pressured to buy anything, was even put in writing just no one cares to read.. I told the young man to go ahead for the practice. After he does his well rehearsed job he calls his supervisor over. this guy all but called my wife and I liars when we mentioned the key problem. ( I've never heard of any thing like that") he said, I thought to myself, ("because you DON'T listen to others that said the same.") with that my wife told him he couldn't sell us a million dollar with a hundred % discount. He left, can't say his name because he never introduced himself. For our week we were put in the tower which has been upgraded. These were nicer I even went bare footed once, my bad. Lie to me once shame on you, lie to me twice shame on me. I know its their job and they have to stretch the truth a little, but not to where you feel like a twelve inch sucker.
