"A great place to stay in Waikiki"

The location is great, one block up from Waikiki Beach, shopping, and restaurants. Our room, a city view king, was large and comfortable and clean. There’s a medium size outdoor pool and they offer different activities every morning, like yoga, hula, lei making. They have a car rental place, a small store for snacks and souvenirs, and a breakfast restaurant in the hotel. The breakfast buffet has a lot of hot and cold items and is very good. It’s not one of the huge newer big name hotels, but we were very happy with our choice and had a great 2 nights at the Waikiki Resort.

"Good value and convenient location"

Good value accommodation in a very convenient location for wakiki and Honolulu. 2 mins walk to the beach. Comfy rooms and very helpful and friendly staff. Decent basic pool area (only gets sun in the middle of the day). Parking is convenient but $40 dollars a night, standard for the area but caught us out! Overall a great place to stay on a budget and very accommodating staff.

"Wonderful way to Start your Day 💫 !"

The Mat Pilates class (on the Waikiki Beach 👍) 7-8 with Cloey ❤️ was really great. She kept us moving the whole time, not fast but always moving. Either in to the next position or working that muscle group. No Matter your experience or current level you got a work out! Because if experienced you could do fuller stretchs and hold for the full 5 count then fold, bend stretching all the way to your feet or side. If older (like me(69)LoL) you could stretch not as far nor bend as deep and hold for 3 or 4 vs 5. Constantly moving from one position to the next kept you from feeling too much stress on any muscle group or part of your body and when done I could feel a good warmth across all your muscle groups; legs, arms, back, stomach, chest pretty evenly. Would definitely do it again. Then being able to walk back to hotel and have a very nice light breakfast, I feel like I could do most anything and all that fresh air a wonderful start to the day. Thank you Waikiki Resort, I feel sorry for people who didn’t take advantage of the morning wake-up on the beach 🏝️ and THANK YOU Cloey 🙏

"We love Waikiki Malia!"

We love Waikiki Malia! This was our first time at this welcoming, beautiful, well located hotel. Our room was spacious and had a view of the bright blue ocean. But the real stars of the show were the staff. They all embodied the “Aloha Spirit “. And Rosa from the cleaning staff showed this by always greeting us, asking if we needed anything and keeping our room very clean and well stocked. 5 stars to Rosa! Mahalo to all of the Waikiki Malia staff!

"Checked in late Friday night the front desk was rude"

We check in late friday march 28 and had to deal with a rude front desk who was screaming when o was asking why he charging me for a resort fee when o already paid for it with my package trip. He was rude na dhad no respect. Its probably because i was asian. He gave us the worst room in the building,, the room had a n empty bottle shampoo and lotion and had a very small tub like short tub. The next day i came to the front desk and ask for a new room and the front desk name Dave was really nice and kind enough to guve me a choice of which side of the building i want my room. Dave was really really kind.
