Village at Indian Point, Branson’s outstanding lakeside condominium resort and conference center, is nestled in its own secluded forest along the shores of spectacular Table Rock Lake, only 2 miles from Silver Dollar City, and 5 miles west of the theater and shopping district.

Condominiums are individually owned and many of owners make them available for nightly resort rental while they are away. You will be staying in one of these privately owned lake retreats, each with its own personal décor style reflecting the owner’s individual taste. The Superior Condominiums are an Excellent Value for your vacation dollar.

Amenities include:
  • Zero-Entry Outdoor Pool with Water Feature (Seasonal)
  • Heated Indoor Pool and 10-person Spa

Over 600 DVD Movies are available to enjoy for $1 each. Assorted sundries, convenience items and souvenirs are also available for sale.

A private meeting/banquet room, accommodating up to 125 persons, is available. This is the perfect place for family or military reunions, receptions, business meetings, church and social groups, seminars and retreats.

To conserve water and protect the environment, the hotel does not provide daily maid service. A full-size washer and dryer are provided in every condominium for your convenience.

Cribs are available for an additional fee based on availability.

Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Pet Policy: Pet-Friendly Unit MUST be requested at time of reservation - Limited Availability! Please call the hotel directly.

Hands down the best condo we’ve ever rented. We stay at 1712! It was so quiet. Exceptional clean. Decorated so warmly for Christmas! It had everything we needed for three days. We loved that it fit my mom and our two kids. We played games. Built a fire. Cooked a few meals. The only thing was the walls are thin between the hall bathroom and our master room. But, no biggie for us since we were vacationing. We don’t require a lot of sound sleep. Ha. I am recommending to all my friends. We appreciate the first responder discount.

This was our first time staying at The Village at Indian Point. The place was cozy and perfect for our family to come back and relax after a full day at Silver Dollar City. We enjoyed the cabin-like feel, spacious room, and view from the back deck. We will be back!

Well, run operation. Condos are owned by individuals who choose to rent them out by the company who manages the entire complex. Our favorite place to stay. This place is a gem and very reasonably priced. A great location, that is very quiet. A short drive from the downtown commercial area and just a few minutes to Silver Dollar City if that is something you are interested in. We stayed in building 13, room 7. Nice view overlooking Table Rock Lake. A very attractive and spacious unit with a large kitchen, living area, bedroom & porch. It was obvious that the unit’s owners spent time here as there were so many personal touches that they made that displayed what they wanted and needed when they stayed here and that guests would appreciate when they visited. There was a full kitchen with everything that you would need to cook a full meal, or simply heat up some take-out food. We used the washer & dryer as we had been on the road for awhile. The folks at the front desk desk were super friendly and very accommodating as we were able to extend our visit because we enjoyed the area so much. I would recommend visiting Dogwood Canyon Nature Park, Branson Landing, the College of the Ozarks, and the Titanic Museum. Enjoy your stay!

There are 16 Lodges in the resort. Each Lodge has 3 levels, with 4 units on each level. Each type of condo has units accessible with no stairs, except Lofts. There are no elevators.

How many adjoining rooms are available at Village at Indian Point Resort?

There are 3 sets of 2 Deluxe Jacuzzi condos that have an adjoining door on the private deck. Must be requested at time of reservation. Subject to availability. Group reservations are placed as near to one another as possible.

Does the Village at Indian Point Resort have a restaurant on site?

There is no restaurant on site, however there are restaurants nearby and some will deliver. Each condominium has a full kitchen.

What is the minimum age to check in at the Village at Indian Point Resort in Branson?

The reservation holder must be 24 years old to check in or 21 years old if married. Guests must provide a matching, valid photo ID and credit card upon check in.

Late check in is availbale. If you arrive after the office has closed, you will find an envelope with your name on it, in a basket near the Office door. In the envelope, you will find everything you need to check-in. If you need any assistance, please follow the instructions on the house phone to the right of the door.
