"Construction noise"

There is construction going on at this hotel, from 7:00 in the morning to 9:00 at night. The newly remodeled rooms are very nice, but not sure it’s worth putting up with the noise. Also, there’s not a lot to do within walking distance of this hotel.

"Great Staff and Hotel"

Visited this hotel for 2 nights before going on a cruise. Found the staff excellent and helpful. At reception Brooklyn, McKenzie and Angel were a credit to the company. Rooms clean, tidy and spacious. Close to amenities and a short taxi ride to main mall and the port for our ship. Would highly recommend this hotel in Tampa

"Great place for a business stay"

Great views- perfect location for a business trip. Great bar for drinks with coworkers and decent food. Tiny beach but nearby lots of other beaches and food options. Bartender offered lots of entertainment suggestions and is a local expert. Comfy beds and rooms with gorgeous bay views. Highly recommend

"Bayfront Hotel with class!"

We were treated to a bay view room on the top floor! The rooms are newly renovated and beautiful! Nice to stay in an updated room! There is an attached parking garage...very convenient to get to the rooms. The front desk staff was friendly, extremely helpful. There is a small park across the street for walks along the bay. There are several very nice restaurants within walking distance...Bahama breeze and others. As you come across the Courtney Cambell bridge from Tampa Airport, you'll see the Westin on your right as you enter Rocky point. Its very convenient...about 5 min from the airport but in a quieter area. The entire hotel is beautiful. Its great for business stays or for couples. Highly recommend!

Great front desk personnel, Ollie checked us in & was very friendly. We loved the remodel on floor 7, unfortunately the adjoining rooms are thin and we had to move as someone next door needed hearing aids. We met Freddie from hospitality and he was very personable. Westin took care of us.
